message 979: by Aloha (last edited Jan 16, 2011 11:01AM) (new)

Aloha | 4052 comments But the questions I really want answered are:

1. Should I wear a skirt or pants for the date tonight?
2. Sexy jacket that doesn't keep me warm, or a very warm unflattering jacket that goes all the way down to my ankle?
3. Sexy heels or unsexy flats in case we walk a lot.

Agent 99 (agent99formerlykd) 1. Wheat

message 994: by Aloha (last edited Jan 17, 2011 04:26AM) (new)

Aloha | 4052 comments I'm dating a sexy guy who has a shaved head and a goatee, too! His goatee is grey and he has no piercings. He had a lifetime of interesting living! His stories are amazing. That beats piercings any day. How many guy's favorite food is Uni (sea urchin), loves wolves, and drinks Kombucha tea. I crave Uni and love wolves, and my mom drank Kombucha tea daily. He's the only person, besides my family, I know who knows what Kombucha tea is, much less drink it.

Good luck in your job interviews, Kd! I hope you don't get a temperamental boss. At least you don't have to deal with snow storms.

message 995: by Aloha (new)

Aloha | 4052 comments Thanks, ladies, for the dating well-wish. The date went great and was very interesting, as usual. I like dating guys who I can converse with forever. Converse is the key word. That means back and forth, not the guy talking about himself all night, and not the silent type.

message 996: by Aloha (new)

Aloha | 4052 comments Lori's questions:

1. No. I did a very short stint on Facebook because of my sister and was bored stiff. I grew tired of reading about what people ate that day, and all the cute pictures. I post my daughter's pictures up there for family and friends to see her progress. If an old friend wants to contact me via Facebook, I get a notification and pop in. Goodreads is my choice for hanging out online. Can you tell?

2. Yes. There are deviants, but I believe that most people want to be good, even if their actions are not necessarily good.

3. I'm spiritual but not religious. I believe we all came from one source and are connected. I don't believe in religion because it is more devising than uniting. I don't like that one group can look down on another group because they don't follow the same ritual or rules.

---------------------

1. What was the best date conversation you ever had? Meaning what was it about?

2. Was it with a person you were very attracted to in other ways?

Aloha | 4052 comments I discovered I really like guys from Long Island. Connecticut guys are low-key and boring. But the guys from Long Island have high energy and are great conversationalists. Now, I'm hooked on guys who can have a great conversation. I drop guys who are terrible at it. Comparison is good.
