Did you guys pick names yet???I like Fiona, Olivia, Frances,
Last name Thornheart is great. I also like Clayton for a male and Harry, Fletcher, and Jake or Jack!
I am huge on names if I don't like the h/h names it is really hard for me to enjoy the story.
Can't wait to see what you fun, sexy, smart ladies come up with!
:-)
Ok today we need to vote on the name! Will everyone please post their top choice even if you already did it. Remember, the hero and heroine name do not have to come from the same suggestion! Hero and his title name
Heroine name
I'm usually a vamp until it catches up with me and knocks me flat on my ass. But I'm usually reading!

That will be my vote too. Do I get a vote I am not a writer?
Everyone gets a vote, besides you might be inspired to write something once we get started!I'll try to tally the votes sometime today unless someone else volunteer's, I won't be able to do it until late this afternoon.
I like Grayson Thornhart Earl of Winterbrooke but I also like Christian Hawthorne Earl of Ashbourne. I know we're thru with suggesting names but can I choose Grayson Thornhart for the Hero and Christine Hawthorne for the Heroine?
No clue for a hero name...I posted
LADY EULALIAH BURLING for the heroine, could call her Lady Liah for short.

Sorry, I really dropped the ball with this! I have been so busy lately.Meet the hero of our story, Grayson Hawthorne the Earl of Winterbrooke, and our heroine, Fionna O'Connell!
Now we just need to start a new folder to write the story in and we can discuss it in this thread, sound good? Anyone feel free to get started, it is everyone's story and may take it wherever they feel lead to go!

You're leaving for a few days, so how do you want this to work? Do you want to wait until you're back to get the story going?
No y'all go for it! I'll be around some, I'm already at the lake! I have an iPhone and a laptop with me to stay in touch. So if you want to, go ahead and open a new thread for the story.PS-- the lake is great! ;)
UniquelyMoi *~*Dhestiny*~* wrote: "What is the name of the story. Who wants to be in charge? Alycia, do you want to kick this off?"Crap... sure. going to go look for the thread... if there is none, I am creating one!
********* I started a new thread, Love Conquers all and kicked off the story.... waiting for someone to add to the story!!! :)

Have a wonderful time.
Bekah wrote: "Is there a plot we are going to try and work around? A direction to work towards?"No, just seeing where the story is going as everyone posts.
FYI I wasn't planning on having Fiona needing to dye her hair. I decided to weave the second most voted name (which is of an Englishman) into the story and didn't take into account that Fiona was heading to escape to England. That means there is potential for the two to run into each other later. When someone noted their distaste (somewhere in this group) for red haired heroines I started wondering what would be used to dye hair days gone by and did a little research. So I curved the story a bit. Just use your imagination. Fill in holes (we still don't know Catherine's last name or that of her husband, we don't know Fiona's eye color, we don't know what Catherine looks like, we don't know why her father wanted her to marry an old coot, etc. Just go with whatever comes to mind and add it in keeping into account what's already there to work with and have fun. I can't wait to see where this one goes. Oh and hope nobody gets upset with her using the name Phoebe. I was trying to make things mesh for lack of forethought earlier.
Ladies I love what you are writing in the story!!!!!!!!! It is sooooooo good! I love that Lisarenee gave us options by adding a nickname and "undercover" name for England! How fun!!
It's cool Lisarenee. We did say she was heading to England and was irish but that was it! Everyone is doing an awesome job!!!
Just a thought. I don't mind trying to write a large portion of this story. Goodness knows I could use some writing practice, but what if we make it a little more challenging? What if we make this more of a story where everyone not writing the story gets to add a little something to the story as well. What if every time someone suggests something whoever takes up the position of lead writer will need to weave the other person's idea into the story at some point. So if someone were to suggest that there are 2 twins named Siegfried and Roy who love tigers you'd have to add that into the story. If someone suggests a murder be woven into the story then it must be. Get the idea? If we'd do this I guess we'd have to decide on some boundaries as to what couldn't be added in like could the story cross over into paranormal or do we stick with strictly a historical romance? I'll probably not be able to do anything for a couple of weeks due to an upcoming vacation, but I do hate seeing this story just hanging. Any thoughts?
