I wondered what I oughta' do with my Saturday morning.

George Burns was an all time favourite; I always enjoyed his skits, especially with Gracie.

haha- it is addicting isnt it? and when was the last time you heard a singer name the songwriter before a song? George was a real class act!

Candy My parents had two George Burns albums-and it was my "job" to turn 'em over n' over-we wore the needle down to this song-especially when the grandparents visited!!!

I remember seeing Oh, God! when I was in my teens and thinking he was to coolest old person I had ever seen.

they are indeed on DVD Martha- in various forms- and as many episodes are public domain- they are quite inexpensive- but make sure to read reviews on Amazon to make sure of the quality of the print.

I made sure to get my kids familiar with all the legends of of radio and the silver screen! We all love to watch the old
Movies we have a Hitchcock party every year and watch all those great ones! And also Carey Grant, Audrey Hepburn, Olivia de Havilland, Betty Davis, Olivier, Joan Crawford...William Powell, Myrna Loy, Charlie Chaplan... Mickey Roony... On and on all GREAT! just don't make em like
