Thursday 25 March 2010 Thanks to everyone who attended tonight's meeting where we discussed Kim Edwards - The Memory Keeper's Daughter and celebrating 10 years of the Thursday Book Group. A book that provoked a lot of discussion throughout the meeting. The main points were how could a nurse be able to raise a child that wasn't her's without being caught be the authorities, and the way David ended up treating his family after making that one decision at the beginning, everyone liked the character of the son, Paul. Welcome to new member Shannon, hope she enjoys the future reads which will include next month's book Peter Carey - Oscar And Lucinda. Take care and see you at the end of April. Here's to the next 10 years !!!
