Glory in Death (In Death, #2) by J.D. Robb

Heard a lot about the In-Death series and the main characters, so I thought I'd give it a try. It's definitely light reading..

K is for Killer (Kinsey Millhone, #11) by Sue Grafton

My first book by Sue Grafton. Unfortunately I couldn't find the first book, with alphabet A in this series.. so I jumped in straight to K. The story is about a private detective, Kinsey Millhone. I'm enjoying this book so far.

Shadowland (The Mediator, #1) by Meg Cabot

Wow, I never thought I would have read this many books in a year. I've reached my 69th book and this is still the first week of December, so I will keep on reading.

This is quite an achievement for me. I think that in my entire history of reading, I haven't read this many books ever..

My last year number was only 30 something books if I remember correctly. This proves that I can actually read more if I put my mind to it.

Anyway, about the book now... This is a funny and enjoyable book. The story is about Susannah Simon, who is a mediator, who can see and talk to ghost.. Much like Jennifer Love Hewitt in Ghost Whisperer..

I would definitely recommend this book if you're looking to read something that's light, but with likeable characters and a touch of humor and romance.

Mrs. Miracle by Debbie Macomber

I was looking to read something that has a Christmas theme and this is what I have on my TBR shelf. I loved the little inspiring quotes that Macomber puts at the beginning of each chapter.

The Wedding by Nicholas Sparks

This is the sequel to the Notebook, where the story is about Noah's oldest daughter and her family. I loved The Notebook, but I didn't really like this one. The best part of this book for me was the ending.

Evermore (The Immortals, #1) by Alyson Noel

Didn't really like this book, gave it only 2 stars. However, i'll read the second book and see if it improves, then I might continue with the series..

Bones to Ashes (Temperance Brennan, #10) by Kathy Reichs

The 10th book in the Temperance Brennan series. In this book Tempe is tasked with bones who are suspected to belong to the missing teenagers, from as far back as 10 years ago and maybe more. Tempe is also linked personally in this case, in that her childhood friend has also gone missing when she was a teenager, almost 30 years ago. I quite enjoyed this book. The writing is easy and the chapters end with a cliffhanger, which makes you want to read the next and next.

Carol Neman | 469 comments Rosabelle, I love Temperance Brennan, however it is sometimes hard to read much at a time because of the grisly nature of her occupation, which she is involved in throughout much of the books. So I have a few to catch up on before I get to #10.
