Heh, cool. I never had to read it for school... I remember reading the book a reallyyy long time ago (I've re-read it many times since then). I've seen the movie a lot, too. Zero's my favorite. :D Oh, and few months ago I listened to the audio book of Small Steps (the sequel... kind of). Not as good, but I still liked it.
I don't exactly consider it a sequel... more like a spinoff story. And yeah, I don't think I would have liked it as much if I had been reading it in my room rather than listening to it with my family on a five hour car ride because of lack of anything better to do. :3

Holes? It is quite amazing. But then again, you don't seem to like hardly any of the books I do...
Haha, I read the Wayside School series by him in elementary school, and they were probably my favorite books then. Anyways... the movie for Holes was good, but the book was sooo much better.

0_0 I didn't know he'd written anything but Holes / Small Steps and something about dogs... can't remember what it's called.

DUDE, YOU SHOULD READ SIDEWAYS STORIES FROM WAYSIDE SCHOOL. *cough* They're insanely hilarious and clever. And he named the school janitor after himself. :)

It's okayyy. I added that at the end to share a nice/creepy personal moment whilst convincing you to read the series. Eheh? EHEH? See, I do think these things through.
Ooh, right. I remember now.
GSGS, MY FRIEND, WHY HAVE YOU NOT ADDED THESE BOOKS TO YOUR SHELVES YET? HUH? HUH?

Okay, okay! I forgive you.
@Vanilla: I've already been virtually arrested. No biggie. (Ooh, today while waiting for the President to show up, I saw a guy getting arrested.)
