My teenage nephew's recommended this series to me and I have really enjoyed it. I think a lot of you and your kids will enjoy it too. They are good clean YA fantasy stories. I like them because they have good characters, adventurous plot lines and the fantasy is subtle and restrained - not over the top like in some novels.

We LOVE the Ranger's Apprentice books in our house!
Yay! another fan! I just got books 5 and 6 from the library and I'm excited to get caught up!
