1/4 way into year-how are you feeling?

I'm hoping to put a big dent in one of the books today. At least to get caught up with my friend who is doing the audio. Then I'll go back to reading either the michaels book or flock book tonight when I'm watching tv because it's harder to read the other with noise on in the room. I'm hoping by the weekend to get back on track with books that move along faster.

So far this year, I have read only 38 books. I don't know if I will make the 144 books or not....I've been averaging 8 to 10 books a month.

Hmmm... not doing all that great. I've only got 52 read so far for this year.

I'm slowing down again. Only read 60 or 61 books so far. This month the count isn't as good so far as I hoped. Had some slower books. But finished a few more the last day or so. Hopefully I'll bring the count up enough in the next few weeks.

I have read 79 books. This month I have been feeling the need to read and have read 20 books.

I am listening to 2 and just about to start reading another

I just updated my posts for the month (usally do mine monthly vs. by completed book). Looks like I am 1/2 way home. Feel confident I will finish by end of year. Would like to finish by Thanksgiving.
Too many books to read, not enough time.

Right there with you Connie. I feel like a slacker...the whole work thing seems to keep getting in the way! Oh well, it is still fun keeping track of how many books I am reading. My problem is my to-read list is getting so big I have a hard time picking what I want to read next.

I know what you mean. I have such a large TBR pile that it is difficult to choose on to read. I usually have 2 or 3 or sometimes more calling my name.
