I was doing a happy dance in my computer chair!

FRIENDS! The Hunger Games Trailer! It was good! (Honestly the teaser set my expectations low but this is a Real Honest To Goodness Trailer that is actually good)
Oooo! Can't wait to watch it when I get home!

All the acting seemed to be spot-on. I'm considerably less nervous about this movie than I originally was. In fact I'm pretty darn excited. I think this is actually going to be quite good if the trailer is any indication.
I wanted more Peeta but then again I always want more Peeta.

I was cautiously excited, if that makes sense. But now I'm full-blown "GIVE ME THE MOVIE NOW" excited.

(Seriously what was life like before the internet? I don't think fandoms like this could flourish and exist without it)

Awwww! So cute! I see he is back to the brunette. He is so sweet and humble. I hope he stays grounded through this huge whirlwind he is going to encounter.

Me neither. Is it wrong to want to pinch his checks?
(the checks on his face btw to any perverted type folks out there!)

I want to kiss the same cheeks you want to pinch. And to give him a big HUG.

It was the whole GMC portion of the show with the trailer and Josh's interview.

I never claimed to be loyal, but for this movie (and maybe it's because of my JoshBias), I'm team PeeTah (as she kept pronouncing it).

Yeah they don't look to be starving. But they do look poor and hardy. I'm glad they didn't ask Jennifer to lose weight for the role. Because that would just be scary. She's beautiful.

I thought the acting was great in the preview though, so thumbs up to that!
I really liked the trailer and can't wait for the movie but I thought the movie looked like typical teen cheese. Am I the only one? I like cheese but I thought the movie would have a more "epic" feel. Maybe I'll feel different when I see the trailer on the big screen.

Josh interview. Still love him.

Foxface. She seems so sweet & she gives Jennifer high high compliments.
(Shhh what do you mean I"m suppose to be NanoWriMo-ing during this vacation. This is important too! Sorta...)

I think that is his tv interview outfit. Not sure about it.

Has everyone seen this? I love it, it looks awesome! I'm so excited for this movie!!!"
That's so cool, I really like this one. The previous ones looked a little too simple, but then again maybe that's because I wasn't completely sure who was who.

Got Winters Bone from Netflix (b/c I STILL haven't cancelled my DVD plan lol) and am excited to see Jennifer in action!

I actually really like it. http://hungergamesdwtc.net/2011/12/ta...

I like it, but I think I have to see how it fits into the story before I fully form my opinion on it.

(It takes a while for certain songs to grown on me, so that's probably it also.)

Some people where like "Is it Rue's Lullaby" and I'm like NO because Jennifer Lawrence is singing that, it's been confirmed.

I think it would fit either in the beginning before they leave for the capitol or at the end credits. Guess we'll just have to wait and see.

It is a very haunting song- I think you are right, it will likely be when they are picked and leaving for the Capital or perhaps towards the very end of the movie. I am not a huge Taylor fan but I liked it - perhaps because Civil Wars was teamed up with her.

Hopefully this will get the Civil Wars some more recognition.

Ohmygoodness! I LOVE that song! So pretty, and yes, haunting. But it's really romantic too. I don't care where they put it into the movie, it would fit into several scenes. I could also see them using it for the credits which would be lame. Why waste such an amazing song on credits, but they do sometimes. Anyway, I love it and again, I can't WAIT for this movie!!! Thanks for posting that Cassie :)

i also love the song by Taylor swift that's supposed to be in the movie...

I honestly am not a fan of Taylor Swift but that song is absolutely amazing! It will fit into the movie anywhere they put it; on the train to the capital, in the cave, or near the end. Can't wait!! <3

Same thing with me, I remember it was a pretty big deal when the first came out, I think someone was even making comments on how it was a YA book but even adults were enjoying it. I've been trying to remember if I had any intentions to read it, I have a memory of someone saying it was good if you liked the survival type of thing but after that I didn't even think about it. If I hadn't gotten it as an audiobook 2 years ago I probably wouldn't have ever read it.
Even then I wasn't planning on continuing the trilogy but ended up borrowing Catching Fire and then I couldn't get through the last quick enough. I try so hard not to talk about it because I have a feeling I'm just going to end up bugging people.
