Eric Knight | 8 comments Hi..i am new here...i was wondering whether online books can be consider here?

Currently reading an online Book called Vampire House, it is sort of a game book but the main story line is so touching , it is unconventional and fun to read it... thought to share with someone since most of my friends aren't interest with it

Thank you :)

it is a free game book which i found on google play store...the setting was unique and although it is a choice game , but i believe Elizabeth and the protagonist should be the main plot, it went through the plot of "innocence romance" and adorable interaction between the 2... definitely worth a read

Nikki ♥ | 2103 comments I just did a reread of The Search by Nora Roberts and I enjoyed it as much as the first time I read it. Also finished A Lady of Persuasion (The Wanton Dairymaid Trilogy, #3) by Tessa Dare , I thought it was the weakest of the trilogy and lastly The Tattooed Duke (The Writing Girls, #3) by Maya Rodale . It was an ok read.

Currently reading Deadly Sting (Elemental Assassin, #8) by Jennifer Estep and Rebel (The Fallen, #4) by Kristina Douglas .

Lisa Kay (lisakayalicemaria) | 21897 comments Eric, what do you mean by "free game" book?

message 2334: by Eric (new)

Eric Knight | 8 comments Lisa Kay wrote: "Eric, what do you mean by "free game" book?"

hi Lisa, i look through it, now it is classified as books of choice/ choice books..... it is sort of story book where readers can choose their own choice about how to continue the story, i thought it was refer as game book where there are element of "game" such as rolling a dice to battle some monster, but in this case, it is classified as choice books :)

i download some of the free choice book from my google play store, and i feel that "Vampire House" is my favourite because it present a unique teen romance/vampire romance story that made it "touchy" to read, and it has a happily ever after ending... so i recommend you to try it out too, it is free , it is not that long... although i really feel the story's universe can be really expanded :)

Amy (alt623) | 9 comments Eric, I have a teenager who loves those type of books . where do you find them, are you using game books as a Keyword? Not sure if they have any that are age appropriate for him but they are not easy to find so any suggestions would be appreciated. Thx.

message 2336: by Lisa Kay, Tinker Bell (new)

Lisa Kay (lisakayalicemaria) | 21897 comments Thanks for your replay, Eric. Interesting.

FYI: For you Romance fans, I answered a Harlequin survey about a year and a half ago based on this process. I don't think they've done anything with it, but it does sound a bit fun. Especially when the heroine is about to make a decision that would make her become TSTL....which is often the case in Romantic Suspense novels, to futher the plot.

message 2337: by Eric (new)

Eric Knight | 8 comments Hi Amy... I have some suggestion which you may try.. For purely reading purpose type of book, you can type the title of one of these books, then click the button "similar" which is located below the "install" button... Then you will have multiple other titles for your choosing , I will give you 3 book titles for my own remmondation , 1st is vampire house, an innocense teen romance story between human and a type of super natural beings such as vampire and werewolf .. I think there is only one kissing scene towards the end of the story... And it emphasis more on friendship towards these super beings..

2nd is" Doomsday on demand" . it is a post apocalyptic story where the protagonist has to make choice of whether to become a good guy or evil guy, and to choose who to save.. If you play as an evil person, I believe you will betray many people and even killing them.. So I think it is for more mature people.... But if you choose to become a good guy , it has a touching story till the end

3rd is " Broadside",. A sea adventures story where you are a captain of a ship.. It is a good read with nothing special

There are some title where the book include some mini games within them.. Example is the 8th continent one & two

The above are Free to read/play

For titles which requires payment , " community college hero" is highly rated, where you can choose your own super power and secret identity to live a life of hero

Hope I help you with my suggestion :-)

Eric Knight | 8 comments You are welcome Lisa :-)

For the choice romance book.. It is something like we as protagonist, have to make a choice between 5 story characters, about who we are going to romance with..

Hence we can actually read the book 5 times.. In order to read all 5 romancing outcome within one book title:-)

Hi Lisa..on related topic

You really should try "The Great Tournament", a newly release choice book which simply blow my mind away... here protagonist start as a squire and with the course of few years can become a Knight and even a crown prince (based on your choice)

Because it is a "Choice" story , i suspect it has an Evil Ending but the Good ending ( there are few of them) is simply the Good old fashion live happily ever after..

For my own story, i follow the path of a humble squire and maintain a high chivalry standard until i become a knight . Towards the end my Knight manage to defeat the Evil Lord + his son and marry the princess, thus becoming the crown prince of the kingdom and live happily ever after with the princess. :)

Nothing feel greater than the goody-2-shoes Knight in shining armour and the princess living happily ever after.

So i suggest you give it a try :)
