Oh, Pamela! That is an oldie but a goodie. :)

I am doing a "buddy read" of Through a Dark Mist by Marsha Canham and a BOM "buddy read" of Trespass by Meg Maguire . If it is available I will probably start listening to Hero at Large by Janet Evanovich .

message 553: by Heather (new)

Heather (messybar) In the middle of Naked Edge (I-Team, #4) by Pamela Clare and The Winter Sea by Susanna Kearsley . Both written well so far.

Alycia, Where Dreams Begin by Lisa Kleypas is my fav Kleypas historical book! I've lost count of the number of times I've read it. Not as many as Smooth Talking Stranger (Travises, #3) by Lisa Kleypas though. LOL!

I love Sirantha. In fact, in the Future I'm going to be her, and I want March with me... Ann Aguirre is just a genious.

message 568: by UniquelyMoi ~ BlithelyBookish, Naughty Co-Mod (new)

UniquelyMoi ~ BlithelyBookish | 1922 comments I love her Skin series written under Ava Gray, but I had though Sirantha Jax was a YA series!

message 569: by Anna (new)

Anna | 42 comments I think Ann Aguirre writes her YA under Ellen Connor alias.

Re-reading Morning Glory by LaVyrle Spencer . It continues filling me with wonder, just like the first time I read it.

message 570: by Lauren (new)

Lauren (laurenjberman) Finished Warrior (The Blades of the Rose, #1) by Zoe Archer , Ashes of Midnight (Midnight Breed, #6) by Lara Adrian and Bound by Shadow (The Dark Crescent Sisterhood, #1) by Anna Windsor .
All great reads. Especially enjoyed the historical and geographical setting of the Warrior.

message 571: by Lisa Kay, Tinker Bell (new)

Lisa Kay (lisakayalicemaria) | 21897 comments Just finished A Convenient Wife by Carolyn Davidson and Wicked Intentions (Maiden Lane, #1) by Elizabeth Hoyt (the second a "re-read" via audio).

Still whittling away at Through a Dark Mist by Marsha Canham A Feast for Crows (A Song of Ice and Fire, #4) by George R.R. Martin

Looking for something light and fluffy to read... Thinking about The Sweetest Thing (Lucky Harbor, #2) by Jill Shalvis , but I think (view spoiler), so I'm not sure I want the angst. Getting enough of that in TaDM & AFfC. Decisions, decisions.

message 572: by Lina (new)

Lina lol, I was thinking the same Lisa Kay, that I'm wanting a light read next. Then I started a psychological drama for book club: Room by Emma Donoghue . Another one I'm going to have to take slowly!

Oh, I almost read that one, CaroB, but it might be too heavy for me while reading A Song of Fire and Ice epic.

message 574: by Lina (new)

Lina Yes, Lisa Kay! It's an easy read, but the subject matter is definitely heavy.

message 575: by Pamela(AllHoney), Fairy Godmother (new)

UniquelyMoi ~ BlithelyBookish | 1922 comments I just finished Fatal Affair (Fatal, #1) by Marie Force and moved right on to Fatal Justice (Fatal, #2) by Marie Force

GREAT series! I was going to reco them to you, Pamela, but your reco request wanted a strong romance. There's definitely romance, and even some steam, but the story is the focal point. Still, I'm loving them and I think you would too.

Lisa Kay (lisakayalicemaria) | 21897 comments Still whittling away at Through a Dark Mist by Marsha Canham A Feast for Crows (A Song of Ice and Fire, #4) by George R.R. Martin . I feel like I'll be reading the last one forever. **sigh**

I checked the audiobook of Heaven and Earth (Three Sisters Island, #2) by Nora Roberts out at the library, but haven't started listening to it yet. I'm too depressed. I need a job. I just filled out two more job applications on-line. I'm emotionally drained. I think I'll go take a nap.

Carolyn F. It's different Lisa Kay but I enjoyed it.

message 600: by Lisa Kay, Tinker Bell (new)

Lisa Kay (lisakayalicemaria) | 21897 comments I think I'll hold off for now, Carolyn. Too much like A Feast for Crows (A Song of Ice and Fire, #4) by George R.R. Martin - with POVs of less-than-sympathetic characters –and I definitely need something different. Nice review, though. :)
