this has not been a very good reading month for me; in July and Aug. I read 19 books this month only 5!
I had to stop reading Paper Cities: An Anthology of Urban Fantasy. It was such a struggle and I was only halfway through. Thank goodness it's a library book! I'm now reading a bodice ripper - Pirates, which is so-so.
glad u are enjoying it :)I'm reading Jill Shalvis' Simply Irresistible and it's simply irresistible...
finally got my hands on the 2nd book in the Firefighters of Station Five Under Fire by Jo Davis. It's good. Don't know what I'm reading next.
I like that series, Pamela. There's some serious **eye rolling** moments, but for the most part, I find them enjoyable.
Beyond the Highland Mist is really, really good. I stayed up until 1:00 am (have to get up at 6:00 am) because I couldn't put the book down.
I FINALLY got started back on Midnight Awakening. I put it on hold to finish up Sept. challenges. Now I've worked it into Oct. challenges.

Carolyn, so far I'm enjoying it. It's such dry humor, in fact, not supposed to be humorous at all, but I can't help but laugh at the way the zombies are incorporated into the story.

That was pretty funny.
