Am now re-reading a favorite childhood classic, Rascal by Sterling North. This is for a mini-challenge in another group, though I've been wanting to read it again since stumbling across a copy in like-new condition at the library's monthly used book sale.

I've never read anything by that author, Lizzie. I do have the first in that series 'tagged.' Did you read that one?

...and it's off to a fun, sexy start! I like my HEAs on the lighter side and love, love, love anything to do with Vegas!

I'm sooooo wanting to listen to this!

Good to know! I need to spend an Audible credit or I'll not accumulate the next 2.

Keep us posted on what you think, Dhes.

your welcome... Almost every rating is a five star... i was excited about it and had to share... i am almost positive anyone who reads Hearts at Play will have something good to say about Hugh and Brianna.

Yeah, I go through spurts like that sometimes, too.

Neither have I, this was the first book I have read from Melissa Foster... I think you may or may not like it depending on what type of genre you prefer

Well, S&V, I was going to break a rule and start at #9 - Hearts at Play, but I checked Amazon and #1 - Sisters In Love is free right now on Amazon here! I'll give it a shot.

Oh wow its free!? Great! I am going have to add it to my to read bookshelf.

I read that one, Dhes! I liked it.

I was stationed in Spain while in the Navy and I love it. The Andalusian area is gorgeous!

That must have been nice being their while reading it :)

Since setting it aside I've read two older romances from Mount TBR, Urban Sensation by Debra Webb and A Rancher's Brand of Justice by Ann Voss Peterson.
I also started Patricia Brigg's latest release, Shifting Shadows: Stories from the World of Mercy Thompson, which is a collection of short stories, so I've been reading a couple in between other books, and am just starting a cozy mystery, Books Can Be Deceiving by Jenn McKinlay.

Really, Dhes? With a much as you read, I'm shocked - shocked, I tell you. ☺

I borrowed it from a friend, and we've only read two of the stories previously, "Alpha and Omega" and "In Red, With Pearls." Four are actually new, while most of the rest appeared in some anthology or other over the years. There are also outtakes/deleted scenes from Silver Borne and Night Broken.
As mentioned above, I've been reading a couple in between other stuff, and have read the first four -- all new to me -- and am liking it so far.
