SOLVED!: photography/art book about squatter types in a NYC building [s]

This is a color photography art book by one photographer (I think a female photographer) about squatter type people living in a run down or abandoned building in NYC. I think there are photos of drug use and people living pretty rough lives in this building. It is sort of in the style of Nan Goldin's photography, but I'm almost certain it's not by her. I thought the title had "floor" or "elevator" in it, but maybe not. I saw it in a bookstore about 3 or 4 years ago.
