♥Rachel♥ wrote: "How were numbers 256, 249, 251, 253, 254, and 255?""Boys, Girls and Other Hazardous Materials" and "The Espressologist" were light, fun reads, so was "Something Like Fate". For some reason, I didn't enjoy the last one as much, maybe because I've read something almost exactly like it before - Elizabeth Scott's Unwritten Rule. I liked "Matched".. it's a new take on the dystopian genre but more subtle.
I loved both "Paper Towns" and "Good Oil". As always, John Green's characters are very intriguing and the story reels you in. Good Oil was like an emotional roller coaster. It's told from two different POVs and both of the main characters are realistic and heartfelt. These two I actually consider as two of the best books I've read this year. Highly recommended!
I did, gave it 3 stars. It was like one of those teen movies were the leads have to run across town on a scavenger hunt. The prequel (#267) you can actually download for free here: http://laurenbarnholdt.com/beforethat...
