Hey, I'll admit it. You can tease me about it all you want. In recipes, I often replace cayenne pepper with paprika.
My nephew won a box at a Dodger's game by entering a contest to eat the most jalapenas. He loves hot food, but even he said he ate too many... with consequences.
Pamela(AllHoney) wrote: "Good to know I won't have anyone fighting me for the jalapenas!"Exactly! More jalapenas for you! ^_^

Heather, I don't eat those anymore. Actually, didn't really like them all that much. Just that back then everyone was eating them and I learned to tolerate them. I prefer the originals myself.
I'm good with either type, as long as it's not the flaming hot kind. Just annoying how that cheesy stuff gets stuck to your fingers.
Y'all keep your mitts off my chocolate. *glare*Anyone ever had chocolate with bacon? Sweet and salty in one small package. YUM.
... This conversation does not bode well for my diet...
Never thought to take those two together. Lol maybe I'll get my boyfriend to try that first and then I'll see if I'll try it. He'll be my taste tester.
Mmm, crunchy Cheetos! Yum! And I love the cheesy stuff, if they sold that in shakers I'd buy it lol :D

I've seen this on cooking shows, but I've never actually had it.
Wow! I haven't snooped around for a few days and what do I find? A junk food marathon! Cheetos are my favorite. Light, crunchy, cheesy. Who could ask for more. The hubby is the jalapeno junky in this house and we both pay for it when he over indulges!
I'll take what's ever in the bag, but puffs are my favorite.Any Frito lovers? That's another can't-say-no for me.
Have not tried chocolate with bacon, but have tried it with chili powder and that wasn't bad. Adds a little kick without being spicy or hot. Have to vote for crunchy Cheetos over the puffs. I like Fritos, too, but they're so salty I can't eat more than a handful--unless there's also bean dip (regular, not spicy).
Leslie, you crack me up. :) my local specialty shop carries it.I LOVE crunchy Cheetos! So much so that I can't buy them. Yum!
Lol glad I can be entertaing ^_^ What kind of specialty shop is it? You certainly don't find chocolate bacon in your local supermarket.I tend to go for the crunchy Cheetos. Fritos are okay with me, but if it's between that and Cheetos...going to the cheesy stuff. Lol

Pamela, I'll share my bacon chocolate if you share your Cheetos! And Leslie, it carries imported foods and things like that.
Lol I'm gonna get Cheetos today. My craving hasn't gone away.Ah ok Abigail, maybe that explains the whole choco bacon.
Hmm...maybe I'll just scrape the chocolate off the bacon and eat them separately!
Jacqueline wrote: "Hasn't anyone come up with chocolate jalapenos?"Haha! I just googled it and yes!

You learn the most unexpected things around here! Lol I'll be sure to keep some chocolate around next time the boyfriend is eating some spicy food.
My boyfriend mentioned last night that he's had those chocolate bacon. Said he had some at a county fair.
Leslie wrote: "My boyfriend mentioned last night that he's had those chocolate bacon. Said he had some at a county fair."Did he say whether he liked them or not?
He said it was okay. Didn't hate it but didn't love it. He did mention how it had a salty and sweet taste, just like Abigail did.
My favorite salty/sweet combination is a bag of Pepperidge Farms Goldfish crackers and a bag of special dark chocolate. If only those little fishies already came dipped in chocolate!
I can't think of anything. I normally prefer my sweet and salty separate. Well I do like trail mix sometimes and that can be sweet and salty.
I tried bacon on a fudge sundae once, it was surprisingly not bad. We were at a beer tasting, and it was one of the snacks they had lil servings of to sample with the beers. I thought it'd be gross, but it wasn't too bad. :)
My favorite chocolate covered anything is raisins and the best part is my husband hates raisins so they're all mine! (Except he calls them chocolate covered turds while I'm eating them, cruel man.)
Kit's comment on the beer tasting reminded me - I once had bacon vodka. Can we say disgusting? I knew we could.
