Jogging is painful, I go for a nice walk or treadmill it at the house.

I have a Dr appt Friday, we'll see how well walking has worked for me then.

It would be helpful if the guys would stop bringing in chocolate at work. They all have awesome metabolism it seems. I have a hard time resisting!

Melissa I know what you're saying! Its hard to lose weight because my mom always makes high calorie foods for dinner. I have told her not to or at least let me eat something different, but I know she feels like we don't appreciate her when we don't eat dinner. So I try to keep my portions down.

In case anyone is interested. My computer is unavailable for internet. Struck by lightning. I'm on my daughter's computer. Anyway, I won't be on much until I get it fixed. :(

I've always said I have the metabolism of someone who is at least 85 years old. If I didn't exercise, I'm pretty sure my weight would be out of control. I can't eat whatever I want or I'll look like whatever I'm eating. I'm also really short, so any weight gain is so obvious. The curse of being petite. But...at least I'm healthy :) I shouldn't complain too much.

@Pamela -- Yikes! I'm sorry. I hope you can get your computer fixed soon.

Bad lightning!!!!!

Killed my phone and internet. Got the guy out here yesterday and they got me a new modem. Yipee, right? Wrong. They were having some problems with the software to sync me in so still no internet or phone. Meanwhile I realized my cordlwess phone is dead. No power at all. So I grabbed an old fashion corded phone and stuck it in here. This morning I finally get my phone service but internet doesn't work. Another guy comes and figures out that the internet is coming in fine to the modem but my router is not working nor is my ethernet card. So we hook daughter's computer up and it works.

So I take my computer to the Computer Guy. Yep. That's his name. hehe. He replaces my ethernet card and I come home happy. But I can't get it to work. After getting really really hot and bothered I call the Computer Guy. Did you reset the modem? No. Duh!!!! I am dumb!!! and I'm not blonde. Well, I was when I was young but that doesn't count does it?

Hahaha how about we all just agree that doesn't count as being officially Blondel! But Jeez Pamela that sounds like a complete nightmare! I am surprised I haven't seen any headlines saying "Stressed woman goes on a murdering rampage due to power outages!"
