Uh, if you do follow thru on the pizza idea can I have one with everything on it! :)
Hard to say, Sandra. I think most ppl go to the fun and games but there are a lot of threads on a lot of subjects. Also got polls for fun too. And everyone is welcome to add to the bookshelves.
Huh? yea there does seem to be a lot of stuff going on. lol so I guess I'll just look around some more and see what I find.. Thanks. :)
Hi, I'm Rhea. I just dove into one of the posts, so I figured I'd better introduce myself. I love romances. I read them, I write them (my debut book, Finding Grace is coming out in a couple of weeks), and I believe in them. I took one look at the name of this group and knew it was for me. I love every kind of romance (leaning toward the steamier), except for strict vanilla contemporary. Throw in a psychic, or maybe some BDSM, or make it a romantic suspense, and contemporary is fine. Every other sub-genre is on my list. My favorites, maybe because they're kind of rare, are SF. Can't wait to get to know you all.
Hi Rhea!!! Welcome to the group ;) It is nice to meet you and hope you have fun with us!!! Congrats on your new book :)
Hello to everyone! I just stumbled across the group and thought it sounded perfect for me. (I'm not an invitee, and I hope that's not a problem!) I'm actually reasonably new to Goodreads and have just this year stumbled across it and decided to try to start reviewing books I write.I saw when I joined that there's a group challenge, which sound interesting. I'll definitely have to check it out, to see how it works and all that. I just accepted a new job (after two depressing years of underemployment), so I'm not sure how much time I'll have to read anything other than dry professional texts. But whenever I get free time, I tend to gravitate towards romance stories. I read them, I write them...I love them! (I prefer to read historical and write contemporary. I am strangely contrary that way.)
Anywy, I tend to go on certain kicks, where I look for romance novels that have a certain theme, setting, etc. I'm hoping to find many more undiscovered treasures through this group, and perhaps to talk about some old favorites!
Enough of me blathering on. It's nice to meet you all and I look forward to becoming further involved in the group!
Hi all! I'm Ashlee, 24, in Daytona Beach with my cocker spaniel Simon and tonkinese kitty Terra. Harlequins/Historical Romance and Fantasy are my favorite book genres. I found this group via search. I'm currently reading the Julia Grey series and loving it! I've just started book 4.
Hi Josephina and Ashlee!!! Welcome to the group : ) Look forward to reading, chatting and discussing books with you both : )

I couldn't have said it any better! Here's to Happy Endings!

Hi My name is Kavisha. I love books and movies with HEA's so when I saw this group name I just had to join in. :)
Hi! My name is Joy. I just found this group, and absolutely love it! I'm a romantic for sure. I'm looking forward to the June challenge! :)
Hi everyone!!! Nice to meet everyone!!! Look forward to reading and chatting with you all :) Have fun and enjoy!
Hiya everyone! I'm an author and reader who LOVES a great happy ending. I write fantasy romance, and though my characters are put through h-e-double hockey sticks, their stories end on a positive note.Jane Eyre (I'm excited to see as your group read) was one of my favorite and most influential books that sparked my love of romance! Glad to find a group who appreciates a happy ending as much as I do :)

hey guys is anyone willing to join this role-play? i need you help I'm trying to make a pretty large group please come and cheek it out.http://www.goodreads.com/group/show/6...
Looks good, Ashley. Sorry, I've never done role playing before and I don't know anything about horses. However, I love the picture of the barn/stable. Gorgeous!
looks like fun, Ashley. If I was my daughter who adores horses I'd say sure. I've never done the role play thingy either. sorry.
Sorry, Ashley. I've only ever done online role playing as various characters (but typically Lois Lane) from the Superman / Justice League / Smallville type universes. What can I say? Lois and Clark are my original HEA love story. On another note, is there a good thread on this board to ask for recommendations from other readers, for books with certain themes or settings? (Or even to ask if anyone recognizes a book with a particular plot. I HATE it when you remember a story that you want to re-read but you blank on the author/title!)
Okay, Pamela has set up quite a few. Here is the link that help explains things and a "How to...Add a Topic." I added a few, but give me time to add more hyperlinks to her topics.
