Welcome Aboard...
Hi All - My name is Julia, am 4? yrs old and have been reading Nora since she was with Silhouette. The first book I read by her was Irish Thoroughbred and I've been reading ever since. I would have to say that my fave stand alone by her is The Witness, and my fave series is her "Born In" trilogy.
Welcome, Julia. You're a tried and true fan...It's been a long time since Nora was writing for Silhouette!
Hey Julia...welcome to the world of NR. And just like you....have been reading her books from the Silhouette days...can't get enough of her!!We look forward to "chatting" all about her fabulous heroes & heroines...
:)
I've been an avid reader since my childhood, and I must say that Nora is by far my favorite author regardless of the genre. I'm sorry I missed the May read "Angels Fall", but I will def be joining the June read.
You can still join in the discussion Julia, May isn't over yet! You can re-read or chime in with parts you remember.
Hi everyone! I do not know how I did not know this group existed! Nora's Pride of Jared MacKade was the very first romance novel I ever read way back when I was a preteen. I loved her then and I love her now.
I don't always read her and I certainly have not read everything she has to offer, but she is always my go-to author when I am in a reading slump or I just need to read something that I know will cheer me up and make me smile.
My favorites are all her plentiful hot brothers series. It all started with the MacKade's, then the Quinn's came next, and I just recently met the Montgomerys.
Here's to many more hot brothers! Keep 'em coming Ms. Roberts!
Welcome Rachel! Hope you'll be able to join us for the summer read. We'll be starting Born In Ice of the "Born In" series in July.
Welcome, Rachel!we share a common interest in that I prefer her "brothers" series, too.
Enjoy the group!

Welcome, Maulika! You've probably read more than I have so far as I just discovered Nora about two years ago. I love The Search, too!
Enjoy the group.

Hi everyone :) My name is Helen and I love Nora Roberts books. I think my favourites are the Quinn brothers and the MacGregors.
Welcome to the group, Helen! I haven't read the MacGregors yet but those Quinn brothers are on my top 5 list!
Looking forward to seeing your posts.

It has been A LONG TIME since I've read any of the MacGregors. I got rid of most of NR Silhoutte works, unfortunatly the MacGregors were some of the ones I got rid of. I've been trying to get the reprints.
Julia, I think Penguin's digital imprint company has reissued some of the MacGregors in digital format this year. Do you read ebooks?

I just picked up Whiskey Beach at the Library, and I was looking at the various stand alones and series she's written that are listed on several pages in the very front of the book. Does anybody have an explanation for why the six book family saga...The Stanislaski family books [Falling for Rachel; Convincing Alex; Lure of a Lady; Taming Natasha; Considering Kate; Waiting for Nick]
are not included with all the other stand alone and series written by Nora Roberts?
Thanks!

How are you liking Whiskey Beach? :)
Oops, introduction needed--I just found this group and am so excited! I have enjoyed Nora's books for...I guess around 20 years now! I can't really declare a favorite since I don't recall all of them after all this time--however, in recent reads, Chasing Fire stuck with me. I really enjoyed Rowan and Gulliver. Just read Whiskey Beach and it didn't disappoint! Glad to be here :)
It remains a mystery to me why the Stanislaski Family novels aren't listed as hers if she wrote them. She may not get royalties for them if she signed those away, but is she wrote them, then shouldn't be listed as authored by her?I loved Whiskey Beach. For me, it was very hard to put down. I'm not sure I'd re-read it multiple times as I have Northern Lights and the Chesapeake Bay sagas, but when the price comes down, I'll probably buy it for my ereader.
