FlibBityFLooB I'm in the middle of the Casa Dracula series right now. There's a bit of a nefarious character, but I would still classify him as part of a love triangle with the heroine in the book...

Happy Hour at Casa Dracula (Casa Dracula, #1) by Marta Acosta Midnight Brunch (Casa Dracula, #2) by Marta Acosta

Just started book 3 today...
The Bride of Casa Dracula (Casa Dracula, #3) by Marta Acosta

FlibBityFLooB I've read both the Southern Witch series and the Succubus series. Both are great with their love triangles :)

message 103: by Mel (new)

Mel (mel_b) I was a Georgina/Carter shipper. Then I figured that would be impossible so I went for Georgina/Roman. Then Succubus Shadows happened (Roman becoming a total whimp).
So now I'm for Seth. Not for Georgina and Seth, just for Seth. I hope he runs like hell and stays away from Georgina.

message 104: by Leah (new)

Leah (leahkarge) LOL. Carter is my favorite. I'd love to see him get some lovin' but I know it's never going to happen.

message 105: by Lisa (new)

Lisa (lmmmml) I'm reading Divine Misdemeanorsand if anyone is familiar with the series, then,um, yah it has a triangle.LOL

message 106: by Collette (new)

Collette (vwbernie) | 12 comments I'm reading Blood Noir and am in the same boat as Lisa with Misdemeanors. LOL! Anita is in a much more complicated shape them a triangle although this books isn't as complicated in that department as some of the other books. :) It's a nice little breather for me since I'm basically reading the series back to back.

message 107: by FlibBityFLooB (new)

FlibBityFLooB Yeah... I ended up filing both Meredith gentry and Anita Blake under love rectangles since neither of them really fit the triangle form. Hehehe

message 108: by Collette (new)

Collette (vwbernie) | 12 comments Yeah, you warned me about that so I was looking for it. LOL You were spot on!

message 109: by Lisa (new)

Lisa (lmmmml) I love your thread about Anita and a dodecahedron! LMAO, that just kills me!

message 110: by FlibBityFLooB (new)

FlibBityFLooB I just finished a chick-lit (non-paranormal) trilogy that had a surprise pop-up love triangle. I was not expecting it after reading book 1 in the trilogy, but I was happy with the ending.

Queen of Babble (Queen of Babble, #1) by Meg Cabot Queen of Babble in the Big City (Queen of Babble, #2) by Meg Cabot Queen of Babble Gets Hitched (Queen of Babble, #3) by Meg Cabot

message 111: by Collette (new)

Collette (vwbernie) | 12 comments I have these but haven't read them yet. I'll have to bump them up in the pile. I love chick-lit!

♫Rose4ever♫ ~ Katerina Mikhailov ~ (Team Dimitri/Gale/Jace) im starting Mockingjay (The Hunger Games, #3) by Suzanne Collins and im pretty sure it has a love triangle in it!!!!!

message 113: by Lisa (new)

Lisa (lmmmml) I just finished Demons Are Forever Confessions of a Demon-Hunting Soccer Mom (Kate Connor - Demon Hunter, #3) by Julie Kenner and I was surprised to find a triangle in it. I also enjoyed it quite a bit.

message 114: by FlibBityFLooB (new)

FlibBityFLooB Ooh, is that a good series, Lisa? I've been meaning to read it, but haven't started it yet.

message 115: by Lisa (last edited Jan 23, 2011 08:47AM) (new)

Lisa (lmmmml) Apparently, I can't count because this is the third book so I missed the first two:) It catches you up well, and I will definitely read the rest of the series! The triangle is a different one, for sure. Girl choosing between two guys, but with a twist.

message 116: by Shivani (last edited Mar 15, 2011 12:35PM) (new)

Shivani | 1 comments Tiger's Curse by Colleen Houck has a good love triangle. People should give that book a try. Indian mythology is very interesting. Dhiren loves Kelsey. And Dhiren has a brother named Kishan who also loves Kelsey. And Kelsey loves Kishan but she is "in love" with Dhiren. It's awesome how they both fight for her. It's also hard to pick sides when you do read this book.

LuvBug | 2 comments I just finished reading Magnolia by Diana Palmer and just wanted to let you guys know that it has a good love triangle :-)

message 118: by FlibBityFLooB (new)

FlibBityFLooB That sounds interesting, LuvGirl. I'm going to try to find a copy at paperbackswap...

I just finished reading Something Borrowed in anticipation of the movie coming out. It had a kind of uncomfortable love triangle in it, but I still enjoyed the book :)

Kristine (krazy_kd) | 9 comments Lisa wrote: "I'm reading Divine Misdemeanorsand if anyone is familiar with the series, then,um, yah it has a triangle.LOL"

LOL, I liked that series! But I wouldn't classify it as love "triangle" if you know what I mean ;) haahha I love the pregnant aspect (I really don't know why I've been so hell bent in reading something with someone pregs O.o) ahahha and OMFG I've read about 98% of all the books mentioned. Some I've stopped cuz it became too cliche and one sided with the love (Georgia kancid, mercy Thompson) ahah some with ending I hated (vampire academy, brotherhood series- with bella phury etc) some I absolutely loved no matter the ending (cassie palmer, shifter series) and some not even mentioned yet! Nightshade's quite (sorta) good, and weather warden (though I stopped cuz of umm her picking fhe wrong guy xD). Ahhaa I LOVE love-triangles and I'm so glad to see lots of u guys! Ahha sadly though, I've already read all of the books above D: I need a love triangle fix... *sigh*

message 120: by Kristine (new)

Kristine (krazy_kd) | 9 comments Oh and hunger games :') love peers... Bless his little heart ahah
Roman as well was fab. But no... It had to be about Seth Seth Seth... Blah. Ahah
And Adrian! Love him! Dorian too! (all richelle mead books) but yeah. I've read so many books (most- 99%- with love triangle of course). Hahah btw take no offence if I say something bad about a character xD I'm passionate bout my boys ahha. I always fall for the underdog xD <3 I can be their bitch :P

message 121: by Tracey (new)

Tracey (mossmonster) It's YA.....Hex Hall

message 122: by Lisa (new)

Lisa (lmmmml) I started reading the Stephanie Plum series during the last few months and have become an addict! I'm currently on Fearless Fourteen (Stephanie Plum, #14) by Janet Evanovich and can't get anything else done until I get caught up.
I also read Faefever (Fever, #3) by Karen Marie Moning and like a dork, did not realize it was the third book, so now Ik need to go back and read the first two. I like that one also! Got to like that Barrons!

message 123: by FlibBityFLooB (new)

FlibBityFLooB Lisa -- the fever series and the Stephanie Plum series are two of my favorite series :)

And yes... Barrons is yummy indeed!

message 124: by Marissa (new)

Marissa (millionmph) I just finished Colleen Gleason's Gardella series.
The Rest Falls Away (Gardella Vampire Chronicles, #1) by Colleen Gleason Rises The Night (Gardella Vampire Chronicles, #2) by Colleen Gleason The Bleeding Dusk (Gardella Vampire Chronicles, #3) by Colleen Gleason When Twilight Burns (Gardella Vampire Chronicles, #4) by Colleen Gleason As Shadows Fade (Gardella Vampire Chronicles, #5) by Colleen Gleason
Surprisingly *Loved* this series & plowed through all fives books in a mad frenzy! Great triangle, too! Kinda reminds me a bit of the Cassie/Pritkin/Mircea triangle.

Sara (♥ hearts Alec Lightwood♥) | 2 comments The Luxe The Luxe (Luxe, #1) by Anna Godbersen has a total love triangle! its not even a triangle! its a good book though

message 126: by FlibBityFLooB (new)

FlibBityFLooB I really was happily surprised with how much I liked the Gardella series, Marissa. I think that book 2 was especially cool as I couldn't tell who was good or bad. Not sure if I liked who she ended up with in the end, but I hear there's going to a spin-off series :)

I haven't read the Luxe series, Sara. I'm goinmg to have to check it out

Oh, I loved who she ended up with from the beginning, but I also really loved the other, as well. I would have been happy with either, I think. ;)
It was exciting never knowing what was going to happen, or who was who! The author is definitely not afraid of making BIG things happen!
But if there will be a spin-off with the other man I would be thrilled!

message 128: by [deleted user] (new)

I'm reading Past Perfect, I don't think it has a love triangle. But there is something weird happening with the ex.

message 129: by Kimberly (new)

Kimberly (kimbersingoodreadsitrust) | 1 comments I'm reading the Jolie Wilkins series. On book 3 at the moment 'Witchful thinking' Great Love triangle between Jolie, Rand and Sinjin. Lots of similarities to the Sookie Stackhouse series, but if you like those then give this series a go. :)

message 130: by Stephanie (new)

Stephanie (sharper43) I just finished Pandemonium (Laruen Oliver) not too long ago. The previous book to the series didn't have a love triangle, and nor did Pandemonium until the very end, it hints that there will be a love triangle in the final book of the series, Requiem. Too bad I gotta wait a whole frustrating year to battle out this triangle. I've already made up my mind who I want her to end up with.

message 131: by [deleted user] (new)

Let me take a guess, Stephanie: Alex Alex Alex! =) Right?

message 132: by Kortni (new)

Kortni | 6 comments Romeo and juliet Romeo and Juliet by William Shakespeare and no but it is a famous love story

message 133: by [deleted user] (new)

The Redhead Revealed. It's a great book with a tinsy little love triangle.

message 134: by Shannon (new)

Shannon | 1 comments i am reading the fifth book in the rachel riley series, called Back To Life. This features the under-the-surface love triangle between rachel riley and jack and justin. I secretly hope she chooses jack <3

message 135: by Melissa (new)

Melissa Nash | 2 comments I just read Kill Me Softly by Sarah Cross and it was amazing.

message 136: by FlibBityFLooB (new)

FlibBityFLooB Oooh, I read the first one in that series, Renee. I haven't had a chance to read book 2 yet. I'll have to pick it up.

message 137: by Marissa (new)

Marissa (millionmph) ACK! Book 1 made it seem settled, like there wasn't really going to be a triangle...
However, if I remember correctly, even though only one was the main focus, I really liked both men in The Shadow Reader.
Now I'm a little more anxious to pick up the 2nd! Thanks Renee!

message 138: by Janis (new)

Janis Glass | 2 comments Have just read How to Kill a Rock Star by Tiffanie DeBartolo and it has a love triangle in it. Not much action in it, but well worded and great ending. 4 stars from me as I like a little bit more tension.
