Because the thread for general request for fixing authors has gotten slightly out of hand (we welcome all of the input, there's just too much to easily keep track of), we're creating this locked thread as a repository of author names that need work. We'll try to update this semi-regularly. Please post all comments, etc., in the general discussion thread.
