Billy, if you add tags to your books, I can go back and hit those, too. I only saw a few

Jason, I'm so confused in this digital world --- I'm an 'old dog learning new tricks': what I've been doing for Goodreads writers is clicking on the book link, 'liking' it, and then hitting the twitter and facebook icons for distribution...guess I assumed I was 'tagging.'
Feel rather stupid but tell me what tagging means...and how to do it. I've been writing books and not concentrating too much on these promotional things until lately.

Hi Billy - Tagging simply means going on the Amazon page of any title and clicking the "tags" which every book has.

I'm learning as I go, too. If you look at your Amazon page for The Cracked Mirror (paperback) under the reviews, you have some good tags that seem to fit your novel well. If not, you can add others that are better suited. Think of tags like search terms that could help readers find your books online. See the numbers next to your tags? If I click "agree with tags" beside them, it will increase the numbers beside the tags. Some of your other books don't have them. Believe me, this stuff was all gibberish to me until a month ago.
