is there an issues with RSS feeds for authors

I would like to add this RSS feed for D Coyle. Am I locked out from doing this since I am not the Goodreads author?

It does make sense that authors who are members decide for themselves whether to import their blogs or not.

That does make some sense. I would expect that most authors with a blog would want to make a RSS connect. This is more likely a matter of not being aware than of not wanting it.
