Laura Landon (lauralandon) | 55 comments Hi, Elissa! Welsome to the group. You'll always find more suggestions of great books to read than there are hours in which to read! My tbr list grows by the day!!

message 208: by Angie (new)

Angie (angie) CaroB, the only other Jude Deveraux books I've read are: A Knight in Shining Armor (Montgomery #16) and Remembrance. But I plan on reading most of her other books, especially her historical romance novels.

Lisa Kay, I don't think I've ever come across a book set in Fort Worth. I'm going to add that to my TBR shelf.

R.L. Mathewson (rlmathewson) | 7 comments Hi, my name is R.L. I became a big fan of romance novels a few years ago after I read a book by Julia Quinn. I enjoy all genres of romance novels as long as they're not boring, micro detailed or extremely violent.

Pamela(AllHoney) (pamelap) I am Pamela and I have been a romance reader since about 1970. I was 10 yrs old and devoured my mom and grandmother's harlequin romances until I graduated to the hard stuff a few years later. Too many favorites to list.

Jennifer | 2 comments My name is Jennifer and I live in upstate New York. I don't think I could name a favorite author because I like so many such as Nora Roberts, Chloe Neill and Kay Hooper.

I discovered Goodreads by accident but I can tell already that I will be spending a lot of time here.

taita | 188 comments Hi all,

I'm Taita from San Francisco, California. I LOVE reading. My mom still tells stories of how she could always count on finding me at the book section of a store whenever she lost me.

Romance is my favorite genre next to historical fiction and mystery. Goodreads is one of the best discoveries for me, since most of my friends aren't big readers. I enjoy connecting with other book lovers and recently started getting into challenges.

I'm excited to join this group! Sounds like you have a good time and are reading some great stuff. Look forward to mixing it up with you all.

message 230: by Megan (new)

Megan | 1285 comments Welcome Taita! I'm glad I'm not the only one who has non-reading friends! GoodReads was a blessing for me too!

I'm really enjoying Paula Quinn and have been reading my way through her books. Her MacGreggor series is what got me hooked on the genre. I'm glad I found this place:)

It is hard to pick a favorite book but my all time favorite author is Jayne Ann Krentz and all the other names she writes under. I live in central Calif not to far from Sequoia National Park.

message 249: by Lisa Kay, Moderator (new)

Lisa Kay (lisakayalicemaria) | 20787 comments Welcome, Ann! I live in northern California! I'm pretty fond of JAK also (used to be crazy for her); I haven't read her in awhile, but I have a couple of her books lined up for challenges to see if they still hold up for me.
