This group looks to be a great place to be. I very much enjoy browsing for books and discovering great authors. I have stumbled on to so many awesome books by reading reviews on goodreads. I joined this group because I want to try to be more interactive and hopefully become friends with readers who have similar tastes in books.

I am partial to Historical Romance and have a major soft spot for Highlanders but I enjoy any great romantic story with a happy ending.

Hi Everyone!

I'm new to GR's and I'm enjoying the group very much. I live in the Heartland (tornado alley), dabble in writing and have so many favorite books and styles it's hard to pick one! I'm partial to historical romance, especially western frontier and 1500's Scotland lairds, but I also enjoy mystery, paranormal romance, and good crime dramas.

Favorite authors...hmm...I would say Paula Quinn, Maya Banks, C.L. Bevill (love her Lake People series and became addicted to her Bubba series - amazes me how she writes such different styles between the series), Nicky Charles, Lily Graison and Alyssa Kress. How's that for variety? Lol!
