Hi everyone! Now that the craziness from the holiday is just about over I have a few minutes to relax and introduce myself.My name is Rebecca - I live in New Jersey, just outside of Philadelphia. I've been slowing branching into some romance here and there and since I know a lot of you from other groups I thought I'd join here to get more book ideas (not like I really need to add to my to-read shelves!)
I've been looking at all of the different challenges and once I get through updating my GR shelves and inventorying my last few books I'll have to sign up for a challenge, or two, or three :)

Did you have the heat wave where you live? I haven't had a good night sleep in days because of it! I've been up since 2 am and catching up on GR!
No actually. We have had nice winds in the afternoons and all through the night into the late mornings. Not on single day over maybe 30degrees. But I'm in Taree in NSW. That could explain it. Was the heat wave that bad..... D:
It was really bad ,I can't remember ever complaining this much about the heat!
Wow. Now I'm kind of glad I didn't go on my holiday to Brisbane. Jeez. I heard it was like over 40degrees... D: I couldn't deal with it....

LOL. It's not cold over here when it's 30 degrees. It's hot. Very hot. Not very hot but HOT. I don't really like the heat.... :D

Hello, I'm Nicci and I co-authored a urban fantasy/paranormal romance with Alisha. I like to read the same genres and appreciate well-written smut scenes in my books when I read them! Fantasy is my favorite genre, but I can read just about anything really. My current favorites are Dresden Files and The Gentleman Bastard series by Scott Lynch. I'm a Stephen King fan too.
