hi. I'm Lade. I live in Nigeria. I love to read. I've been reading books for almost all my life. I will generaly read any book I can get my hands on but my favorites are chick lit(especially British), romance (erotica) [except paranormal ugh!], horror, mystery, thriller, suspense, crime, most historical fiction.I like to bake and do crafts(mostly making accessories from local fabrics).
Once in a while, I write short stories.

I'm new and live in Pasadena, CA. Hi everybody, What a fantastic group this is. Reading is both my addiction and passion. I can't join all the internal groups that seem interesting or I would be more overwhelmed than I already am. I really enjoy Romance with qualifiers. I want a HEA, good plot, excellent char development, several twists and turns, lots of edge-of-the-chair tension, gotta have some sex, kinky is nice, not very much else. I even find some. Treasure them. When all else fails I'll read non-fiction - - - boring but informative. Then I snag all the freebies because I don't want to miss out. Just a little compulsive!

Hello my name is Natalya and I am from sunny California! I am only 17 and have been hooked on romances for about 3 years now, I think. I prefer a good heart twister (preferably with someone rich involved :P) where the girl leaves the man and they both suffer but I feel like he appreciates her more then. I like modern romances but historical fiction/regency novels are a big favorite also. Hope to make lots of other book lover friends. And if that isn't enough hehehe I am actually pretty shy in real life but online and if I know someone I can talk about everything and I have a dirty sense of humor ;)

Hi all!I'm Zayne and I currently live in the Kurdish region of Iraq. As you can imagine, when I'm not working (which is never) I'm reading (which seems to be never). I'm a romance addict, and have been since 8th grade when my friend passed on a Nora Robert's book- I think it was Midnight Bayou. It's been an ongoing adventure since then.
While I write, I don't write romance (think academic papers for conference presentation), but if you look at my Kindle, it's all romance. One of these days I know I'll give in and write something that I love to read.
I've joined this group for various reasons, but an important part of that was to meet fellow romance readers and see what other books are out there. Living in the middle east (Egypt before Iraq) for as many years as I have leads to the feeling of being out of the loop. Basically, I have no idea what's going on, what's out there to read, and what's new!
I can't wait to get to know you all and have a good read once again. :)
