Hi!

My name is Gigi. I'm in New York. Historical and paranormal romances have kind of grown on me in the last few months. So, I'd have to say presently my favorite types of books are erotica and/or romantica (depending on what you want to call it), historicals, contemporary and vampire paranormal books. As for favorite authors, Nicholas Sparks, Lora Leigh, Linda Howard and Judith McNaught are among my favs.

Thanks and I foster all kinds of dogs. I have one foster right now. He is a Lab/Shep mix and he is 6 months old.

That's a great idea Michelle. We'll have to think about a way to do that one! LOL. I should post some picutres of my two dogs: Ramses (a Pharaoh Hound) and Midnight (a Shiba Inu) on my GR profile sometime.

That would be cool. You tend to see dogs and cats in romances quite a bit, but I read one with a goose and heard about one with a hedgehog, so there should be plenty to choose from.

I'll have to take a look at your pics! The dog I'm getting was being mistreated and starved, then taken to the pound (underweight!) for being annoying. I saw his picture, and I just fell in love, but 3 is my limit. I'll have to add some new pics of my pets soon.

I had to look up the email I sent my friend that has hedgehogs. It looks like it is Midsummer Moon. I read about it on an Amazon group.

My favorite author is Nora Roberts...hmmm, well Janet Evanovich is a really close 2nd. But if I had (emphasize had) to pick, I'd say NR, because I found her first (it's a loyalty thing).

My favorite book of hers? Ha! Can't be done. I own them all and have loved them in their own uniqueness. Sort of like children. How do I chose a fave? (ha ha).

I didn't partake of the October challenge. I'm looking forward to November's, but I will warn you I loved the group bc of it's no demand on if I challenged or not.

Welcome Kristi! No pressure about the challenge. I'm not sure I'll be participating next month myself. May favorite Nora Roberts novel that I've read so far is, Carolina Moon.... I think. I really liked Private Scandals too. So I guess its a tie between those two.

Hello all, I'm Kit. I like to read a lot of different things, but I always find room for a good romance. I prefer historicals, but I've read a couple contemporary ones too. I started a long time ago with Catherine Coulter, and since found many other authors I like. Lately my top two are Julia Quinn and Eloisa James. However I recently read a Bertrice Small for the first time and rather liked it, so I'll probably be going on a kick Others I like are Jo Beverly, Christina Dodd, and Teresa Medieros.
