I'm not currently reading anything. I've been having trouble getting into All She Desires- Anthea Lawson so I've put it back on the shelf until another time. I think next I'll start Lavender Morning-Jude Deveraux. Thats the plan at least.
Hi, thanks for the invite! I just finished reading "Proof by Secuction" by Courtney Milan. I really enjoyed it. Very fast read and some memorable characters.
Hi Maria,
It's Proof is next on my list, right after Viking in Love. Courtney is a fabulous writer.

I just started The Truth About Lord Stoneville by Sabrina Jefferies. Enjoying the banter between the h/h so far.
I'm reading Maggie Robinson's Mistress By Mistake. I know I'm reading out of order, but it's just soooo good. I found out it's the first in a series of 4 books.
Finished Maggie Robinson's Mistress By Mistake and absolutely LOVED it. I'm not going to read Courtney Milan's Proof By Seduction. Actually, I've already started it. I know this, the writing itself is top-notch.
I just finished an old book by Maura Seger called Sarah. I believe it was the first of a trilogy called Captivating. I have never heard of this Author before but I am going back to the library to see what else is there by this Author.. The book I loved it.Carol L.
I need to read the 8 books I received for the RITA. My prayer is that it will end up being pleasurable reads, although the first one was so-so, I have hopes that the remaining 7 will be better. Wish me luck.
I just finished Written on Your Skin by Meredith Duran. It was not what I had expected. I wasn't pleased with the book.
Really? I read Bound By Your Touch and I really enjoyed it. Written on Your Skin seemed to intriguish for me. But I'm looking forward to her next book. Seems to be a straight romance.

I might give her another chance but this one was a bit much. It was well written but there was minimal romance. There was also alot of inner dialogue going on. you know, constant chatting in their heads. I wanted to feel the connection. I need a really good historical that just make me feel the romance.
You sound like me. I want my romances to be all about the romance.

I'm reading His Favorite Mistress by Tracy Anne Warren. I love the characters in this story. Very strong and lovable. It really is a good bookCarol L.
I'm just finished "Madness of Lord Ian" and i'm now moving on to "Her Notorious Viscount" by Jenna Petersen.
I just finished Whitney, My Love and now I'm trying to decide if I want to read Until You, Whitney's sequel, or move onto something lighter.
Just finished A Seduction at Christmas by Cathy Maxwell and now moving on to Bertrice Small's The Border Lord and The Lady.Carol L.
I finished Sinful Surrender and now I'm working on Night Song by Beverly Jenkins. I absolutely love her books so I'm sure this is going to be another winner. I love when you read books by authors who rarely or never disappoints you.
Sinful Surrender already arrived today! I'm going to read it soon, hopefully. I have sooooooo many books waiting.

My problem is that I got sucked into series' and I'm too OCD to be able to stop until I've finished. *sigh*

I try not but sometimes I pick up a book and realized it was the 2nd or 3rd in a series. I get so pissed.
i'm reading Provocative in Pearls by Madeline Hunter. I'm hoping its as good as Ravishing in Red which is the first in the series.
I'm trying to decide what to read next between Ravishing in Red and The Blonde Samurai. I adore Madeline Hunter and feel like I'm behind since Provocative in Pearls is already out.
I have so little time to read I think professionally I need see what else is out there in Historical Erotic Romance. The Blonde Samurai was an RT top pick the same month Secrets of Sin got 4 stars but I really have a hard time with first person narrative. Any suggestions on which one I should start next?

I just finished & reviewed Cara Elliott's SIN WITH A SCOUNDREL and am now wrapping up Larissa Ione's PLEASURE UNBOUND.
Correction: Pleasure Unbound, my current read isn't a historical, it's a paranormal romance. Sorry about that!
I'm reading Passion by Lisa Valdez and chapter 1 was worth the price of admission. Wow... just.... WOW
Isalys how is that? I wanted to start the demonica series. Dhestiny is loving Passion :) I know I did and I can't wait for Patience to come out. And before it do, I will be doing a re-read of Passion.

Well, I had to re-read chapter 1 4 times just to make sure I had it all right, cuz you know, sometimes things can get confusing... I wanted to make sure I had all the *gasps* in the right order... so ummm... yeah... ;)
Uh Yeah! I know I know! LOL! I'm sure you will be able to recite the first chapter by heart by time you finally finish the book (in between your re-reads of chapter 1 of course) :)
Well, yes... and then I got hung up on re-reads of chapter 3 and 5. I mean... you know..... yeah. LOL
Samantha wrote: "Isalys how is that? I wanted to start the demonica series. Hi Samantha!
I decided to read the Demonica series because I saw it getting great reviews and some friends of my loved it and true to word, the first book was awesome! I bought the second book immediately because I wasn't ready for the first one to end! LOL
It's a great story, interesting characters and very steamy :)
I definitely recommend if you are into paranormal romances!
