What are you reading right now?

I LOVED this book. I fell totally in love not only with Vishous, but with the whole Brotherhood group.

I can't wait to go home and read :) I had trouble getting into Lover Revealed for some reason, It was alright, but not one of my favorites.

really Barbsis? Most people found Faythe to get on their nerves

Or Marc...
I love them all though. It's one of my favorite series.

LOL. Yeah, it's difficult from the middle. I think her style in this series is a little different. What do you think?

Happy Vet's Day to all military families! And a belated (for us here in Oz) Happy 234th Birthday to all US Marine families/service members! SEMPER FI!!
Ok, now back to my book(s)!

Yum! I love guys in uniform :) Now, if I can just get my husband to sport some dog tags and do push-ups in honor of the holiday...

Funny you say that, i'm now 3/4 through and really liking Dorian rather than kiyo!

Vamp Acad is a fantastic series! One of my favourites, after that you must read "Night Huntress" series, loved it!

Flib, Lemme know how you like it. I was going to add those to my series challenge and ended up using something else. Still wanna read the series though. Interested to hear what you think about it. And ... good luck w/hubby + uniform. :)

I really enjoyed The Rest Falls Away. There are five books in the series & I believe the autor ended the series with the fifth book.

I loved Storm Born & Thorn Queen! I can't wait for the next one.
Have you read her Vampire Academy series? They are really good too.

Castles in the Air

I picked this one up because I want to start her PNR series and thought I'd get a taste of her style first.

Not yet, these are her first books that I've read. From what everyone has said, I really looking forward to them. When is the 3rd book coming out?

I really did not enjoy Deeper. I hated how from the get go she was getting it on, I need a little background before my h/h get all naked.
I did enjoy the flashbacks from when they first met. I was really very disappointed and I agree what was the point it was just sad.

She actually posted on her blog the other day that due to scheduling conflicts, Iron Crowned's release date is being pushed back to January 2011!

That's ridiculous! She better start something new then ... : (

"If it helps, though, I believe Eugenie #4 will be coming out pretty quickly after #3."
And of course Succubus Shadows and Spirit Bound are both coming out in the first half of the year, so that's something to look forward to.

I just started

Oh, I love her mermaid books. :D

Castles in the Air

UM, if you like her historicals, I think you'll like her PNR. Her style is pretty similar in that the story's tight, nothing superfluous. So she doesn't wax on with explanations or anything, thankfully, LOL.

Thanks! I was laughing my head off last night reading about Raymond teaching the girls to fight and ending up an example... that was a hoot!
I want more books like this, Medieval Historical Romance... more English than Scotish, but that would be ok as well.

I'm reading Storm Queen at the moment as well, liking it so far however Vampire Acadamy is much better!

If it helps, I placed my first order with them on 10/31 for The Absolutely True Diary of a Part-Time Indian for $4.49 and it only took 6 business days to get to me in Michigan. The book came packed in a bubble mailer and arrived in perfect condition. They even stuck in a book mark!

That's good I love hearing god reviews on places I am thinking of trying out. Since word of mouth is the best form of advertising.

I guess the problem with my experience was that I jumped in the middle of the series and started from there.
I think another big problem is that I just finished the Darkhunter series by SK, and that was a 13 book ordeal. I was so used to the characters. :( And then I picked up Shadowlight the moment I finished Bad Moon Rising and was like, "Whats this?! I don't know these people!"
Sad, I know. But that's the life of a book addict.
But I'm reading more and Shadowlight, and I'm getting used to Lynn Viehl's writing style again.
