What are you reading right now?
I'm re-reading Hob's Bargain by Patricia Briggs. It's a stand alone, not part of a larger series. It's a bit darker too, in the beginning of the book the heroine's village is attacked and she loses her family and husband. The Hob is a creature who lives on the mountain and they need protection from these raiders. He needs a wife.
There is good world building, and the romance is "clean" no graphic scenes in there.
Almost finished with BROKEN Love book 4. I so love this series. So sad to see it end. If anyone has any suggestions of books like this, please please let me know!!!
Finished
The Living End - 4 starAlso read
The Pink Collar Part 1: Descent into Innocence - 3 star, it was ok but not good enough to make me want to read the next bookNow reading
Raze
I read the new Elena and Raphael release, Archangel's War. At this point in the series, I just want Ilium's and Aodhan's books.I don't know where the author plans to go with the series after this book. It felt like a big ending.
Finished
Raze - 4 star - Looking forward to the next in the seriesAlso read
Powder Trade - 4 star - interested in where the series goes from here
Pursuit of Magic - 3 star - I am not finding this arc as entertaining and original as the first 3

Bones, Claws, and Fangs
So far behind in updating, but currently working my way through the Anna Strong, Vampire series. Am up to book 2
. I have a huge issue with how the way in which she was turned was dealt with in book 1, but overall it's enjoyable enough with cross-species (vamps and shifters so far) telepathy which I like.
Finished
Bones, Claws, and Fangs - 3 star, still making my way through this seriesAlso read
Because Faery Godmonster - 2.5 star, interesting premise but some of the sex scenes are a little unbelievable and overly long
Rexus: Side Quest - 4 star, great filler on the story of Jaxon and how he got his living hands, nice insight into the effects of his low charisma also
The Mayor of Noobtown - 4 star, this was a fun read with an interesting MC and story line, looking forward to reading the next book
Gamer for Love - 4 star, nice wrap up to the series with a truly epic final battleNow reading
Paranormal Dating Agency Volume 1 - This is a whole series so I read one book then go to something else before continuing with the nextand
Torment
Starting
I really like K.F. Breene and this one is a bit different than usual, so hopefully, this one is good.
I seem to keep gravitating back to Sherrilyn Kenyon lately. Any reccomendations for something new? I am in a rut.

Sorry it took me forever to read that book! I think the happy ending is safe, but I found the book to be kind of dull.... but that's because I'm not into the whole war they had going on (as evidenced by the title). I was also in the process of moving so I'm sure that probably didn't help either.
I FINALLY finished
It was actually my least favorite of the entire series, but I'm not much one for books going through war....I also finished
which was REALLY good and
which is better than I was expecting. Now I'm reading an advance copy of

The Lich Priest - 4 star , I found this entry in the series to be better than the last one, it is good to see the main rivals teaming up to face a common enemyAlso read
A Plain-Dealing Villain - 4 star, this is a new story arc for the characters after the big wrap up of the last book, no slow down of the actionStill working on
Paranormal Dating Agency Volume 1 - I have finished the 3rd book, not sure how I will rate the series overall, the first book had some originality but reading them all together like this I see the similarities and it makes them almost predictable, some very descriptive sex scenes in all the books so farNow reading
Wyrmwood
Today, I'm reading Benjamin Jacka's Veiled, from the Alex Verus series (#6). If you're a fan of Harry Dresden, take a run at this series and you won't regret it!

Hawkeye Volume 2. Great minimalist art style and less overblown action scenes than most comics.
