I finished reading Lara Adrian's newest Midnight Breed Series novella a few days ago called Midnight Unbound

- LOVED THIS SERIES!I highly recommend it. It does include Gabriel & Julia (Gabriel's Inferno) here and there. The ending is totally suprising & unlike any other I've read. Think I'll start

I have finished The Lion's Den
. There are two more books in the series, but I can't afford to buy them right now, so I'm gonna take a break from the series for a week or two until I can buy the last two. I'm not sure what to read right now.

Lynsay Sands's Immortal Unchained...love it. Can hardly wait for Immortally Yours, but...have to wait until Fall...oh, well.

I have picked up several books in the past few weeks and couldn't get past the first few pages. I'm not normally like this, but I can't seem to settle into a book. It's frustrating!
Thank you, thank you to everyone who rec'd the latest Charley Davidson book,
, because I had no real interest ghost/reaper stories, but was in the mood for something funny. I loved this series! I usually don't read incomplete series, and I really hate cliffhangers, but I'm sitting content. I'm excited for the twelfth book. P.S. This short story was heart wrenching and lovely.
I just finished an interesting mash-up of historical Gothic and paranormal (witches, creatures, demons and curses). 4 stars. I did a review, too.

I'm slogging through Helena Blavatsky's 'The Secret Doctrine'. I do mean SLOGGINING; it's two battleship-sized volumes of history as interpreted through Blavatsky's 'psychic visions'.I am inflicting this torture on myself as research for my next writing project. (After I finish the sci-fi I;m writing now.) Tentatively called 'Ancient Blood' and is a cross between UF and sci-fi.
