I love Vampire Academy, but, I can't bring myself to finish the 6th book! I've got the first Bloodlines book as well. :)

@ Lauren and Katya - The second Eternal Guardians book make me so mad with all of the sexism that I almost didn't continue the series. But, of course, I already had book three
so I gave it a try and I enjoyed it more than the first two so I kept going. I've read up through the most recent book
and have enjoyed the last three books much more than the first three. When that happens, I'm never sure if the series is really getting better or if I've just gotten hooked on the familiar characters.

I haven't read her Highlander series yet, but it's definitely on the list given how much I loved the I-Team series. I do historical romance only occasionally, and I'm still working my way through all of Lisa Kleypas' historical series. Speaking of which, it may almost be time for a little Lisa Kleypas - Rosalyn Landor magic. That might be a good follow up to Kresley Cole & Robert Petkoff!

I concur. The Alexandra Ivy series is definitely PNR and not UF. As a side note, I borderline hated the first book, but have enjoyed the rest of the series.

I'm reading Laurell K Hamilton. I'm actually backtracking and reading Flirt again so that I can go forward with the series.

I'm reading Ransom Riggs' "Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children," Jeffery Deaver's "The Skin Collector," and a horror novella called "One for the Road." I'm enjoying all of them so far except the last one. The writing is a little amateurish to me, but since it's not very long, I'm going to stick it out to the end to see if it improves. Beginnings can be difficult!

I also didn't like the second Eternal Guardians book but I just finished the third and enjoyed it much more. Hoping the series continues in this vein.
