GRRR I tried to get the first one & it isn't available for Australia. I so HATE that this problem happen's on a regular basis

Kryptonite (sg34) | 96 comments That sucks! I'd hate having to wait longer. Can you get the ebook version?

I just finished this book. It started of really nice but the ending was a bit of a disappointment. Ended abruptly... like the author realized she'll exceed her sheet count limit so did the ending in the last 5 pages.
But the book was still enjoyable.

message 30503: by Sheree (new)

Sheree no, it was the ebook version on Amazon so they suck

message 30504: by Shuling (new)

Shuling Starting Throne of Glass (Throne of Glass, #1) by Sarah J. Maas but my hands are itching to get to Mine to Possess (Psy-Changeling, #4) by Nalini Singh . Ugh. Maybe I'll just read them both. :)

message 30505: by Christina (new)

Christina (bookcrussh) | 40 comments I'm reading A Storm of Swords (A Song of Ice and Fire, #3) by George R.R. Martin and will probably just go straight to A Feast for Crows (A Song of Ice and Fire, #4) by George R.R. Martin after I finish this one since I can't help myself.

Even so, I still have to get around to The Crimson Crown (Seven Realms, #4) by Cinda Williams Chima , which I'll probably never do.

message 30506: by Nina (new)

Nina (msralways) | 528 comments I just finished Trace of Fever (Men Who Walk the Edge of Honor, #2) by Lori Foster which was awesome and I'm about to start It Had to Be You (Lucky Harbor, #7) by Jill Shalvis . YEY! \o/

message 30507: by Sillylittlefishey (new)

Sillylittlefishey | 1025 comments I finished Dawn's Desire (Dark Kings, #3) by Donna Grant ...it was my least favorite Donna Grant book I've read so far, but I'm hoping this series will get better when the full-length novels are released.

I started reading Eventide (Dark Ink Chronicles #3) by Elle Jasper last night, but now I have to rush through it because the UPS man just dropped off my review copy of Heart of Obsidian (Psy-Changeling, #12) by Nalini Singh and I'm itching to read it!

message 30508: by Samantha (new)

Samantha Mullins (hixxup79) Finished up My Immortal by Anastasia Dangerfield it's a must read, now reading Storm Dancer by Rayne Hall skimmed over reviews on it, and it's gotten some pretty high reviews.

message 30511: by Sillylittlefishey (new)

Sillylittlefishey | 1025 comments Ok I finished Eventide (Dark Ink Chronicles #3) by Elle Jasper ..... it was better than Everdark, but not as good is Afterlight..... It had some confusing moments with flashbacks within people's memories and I had to re-read a few of them to understand what was going on!!

I'm going to try to sneak in a chapter or two of Heart of Obsidian (Psy-Changeling, #12) by Nalini Singh before I go to bed. It's been a nasty stormy night here.... perfect for curling up with a good book!

message 30512: by ♥ Ashleigh ♥ (new)

♥ Ashleigh ♥ Contrary to popular belief I'm not actually mad! (cheshire_red) its taking me forever to read Ice Forged by Gail Z. Martin so I might put it down for a bit and get a head start on Where She Went (If I Stay, #2) by Gayle Forman before it has to go back to the library.

Abby, complete the series. You won't be disappointed. D.B. Reynolds has created a magnificent world of fierce, lethal, brutal, frightening, and sensual Alpha Vampires that are above other authors interpretations of them..imo. Raphael being the greatest of all Vampire Lords, again, imo. Anyway, a great series overall.

message 30514: by Christy (new)

Christy (christy_kennedy) | 184 comments I just finished 'The Dark Immortal' by Karen Marie Moning(no link for book cover). Damn! The BEST book in the entire Highlander's series. Loved Adam Black and what I have enjoyed observing and learning is how the Fae will play their roles in the Fever series(I've read twice).

Powerful books.

On to the final book in this brilliant series Spell of the Highlander (Highlander, #7) by Karen Marie Moning .

On my tablet in bed I'm reading "Control" by M.S. Willis. This is not a PNR, but so far I'm really enjoying it. It's a very promising start for the first book by an indie author.

Next audiobook read by Ms. Ericksen, Calculated in Death (In Death, #36) by J.D. Robb ... woohoo, waited forever...

Christy (christy_kennedy) | 184 comments Wrapped up the Highlander series with the final book Spell of the Highlander (Highlander, #7) by Karen Marie Moning . I have to say that this series was magnificent on too many levels to count. The book actually being the best of them all. I was literally on the edge of my seat with this one.
KMM has successfully written two brilliant series and I can't wait to delve into her Fever World series, plus I'm really looking forward to seeing how Mac/Barrons last two books will round out the entire adventure.

But for now, on to Blood and Sand (Elemental World, #2) by Elizabeth Hunter , because I love this excellent spin-off and have had it on my Kindle since it came out and I will get to Iced by KMM when it comes out in paperback in August. :)
