Oh yes! This book is FUUUUUUN! :D
Ms Wright knows what she's doing. I am now reading Wicked Cravings (The Phoenix Pack, #2) by Suzanne Wright and it is good too. Because of this book, I practically tracked down all her books and read it. I'd read her other series Here Be Sexist Vampires (Deep In Your Veins, #1) by Suzanne Wright which is just as good. Have From Rags by Suzanne Wright in my kindle and will soon dive into it. ;)

When I get my first sign of senile, I'll read KMM's series, Night Huntress, and all of my 5 stars books, lol.

♥ Ashleigh ♥ Contrary to popular belief I'm not actually mad! (cheshire_red) well I finished two books Thirteen Reasons Why by Jay Asher which took me a bit to get into. and not as..... good (isn't the word im looking for...) as I excepted, do u get me?? though hearing Hannah's story though clay was incredible.
and Hostage by Karen Tayleur which was really good in a strange messed up way.
I ended up rating both books 3 stars.
if you read one I would recommend giving the other one a go.

someone told me that thirteen reasons why is best experienced through Audio, and though I haven't had that chance (yet) i would have to agree with them, just the way its written out I can just see how much more impact it would have on the... listener.

Haha. Don't worry. It was a little too much for me in the end too. That's why the 4 stars from me. I just didn't want to spoil it because who knows? Maybe you'll like THAT particular part - if you're thinking what I'm thinking. ;)

Also finished Wicked Cravings (The Phoenix Pack, #2) by Suzanne Wright . It doesn't have THAT scene and it is an enjoyable read, albeit a little too dramatic and have some parts which I found hard to believe.

MHWAHAHAHAHAH!!! Yeah I think I know which part you're referring to! :-)
But aside from that, I felt the dominance act crossed the limit sometimes... and the 'funny' acts didn't work sometimes

I just felt it was too much, now I liked the story so I'll read the next one and treat it the same as this one: a 'light-read'

:-)

Personally I loved Mencheres! He was such a complete character, well developed and well written. Plus I love his dry sense of humor.

Christy (christy_kennedy) | 184 comments Wrapped up The Dark Highlander (Highlander, #5) by Karen Marie Moning - holy $@#! this book just took this series to a whole new level of awesomeness! Love the deep intrigue and suspense that KMM wove throughout this story. Love the changing of time periods, it was a tricky thing for the author to do, but she accomplished it with smooth consistency and without disruption of the plot line. Brilliant story telling. Now on to Adam's story "The Immortal Highlander".

I'm with you! I'm listening to this one right now at work. I read the book when it first came out and enjoyed it, but I'm getting even more out of it this time on audio book!

Right now I have

Freedom (Delroi Prophecy, #1) by Loribelle Hunt ready to be read. I love the Delroi Connection series and I was so gald to see this one come out. I rally want to start it now, but the alarm goes off in only six hours so I guess I better resist temptation and go to bed!

I finished Tangle of Need (Psy-Changeling, #11) by Nalini Singh , which I really liked! I adore Riaz and Adria! And the dancing in the streets in Venice....swoon. The opera tickets being nailed to the door was hilarious! I just really loved this couple.... (view spoiler)

I also read the short stories Poker Night and Stalking Hawke... both of which were really cute! Now I can take a deep breath!

I'll be starting the Donna Grant novella
Dawn's Desire (Dark Kings, #3) by Donna Grant tomorrow.

Halfway through Hostage to Pleasure (Psy-Changeling, #5) by Nalini Singh . I usually read at a much slower pace, given that I'd to be more focus in my study and school. But it's holidays and let's face it...it's DORIAN we're talking about. I think I am glowing.

And I am really interested in knowing more about Clay and Talin. Oh, how we read them in such a messed up order. ;D

Abby | 353 comments I just finished Jabril (Vampires in America, #2) by D.B. Reynolds which I absolutely LOVED. Though I'm confused about the naming of the Book. It's called Jabril but it was more or less a continuation of Cyn and Raphael's story (NOT complaining cuz I love those two) and Jabril seemed like a Secondary character lol.

Now I dunno what to read. Do I go ahead and read Rajmund (Vampires in America, #3) by D.B. Reynolds or do I read When Darkness Comes (Guardians of Eternity, #1) by Alexandra Ivy which has been on my TBR list for about a year... Or something else lol
