Nothing seems to hit my fancies, sigh...that doesn't mean I have some great books in the wings, just couldn't get myself out of the funk.

Winterblaze was absolutely fantastic. Loved Winston Lane.

I just finished Clockwork Princess and it was awesome as well. I just didn't know how the whole love triangle thing was going to be resolved without heartache but it worked for me, even if I needed a box of tissues to get through the epilogue.

No offense taken. Your profile is set to private so I can't see the other books you're read. But Molly Harper is definitely on the humorous side and not dark. Out of curiosity, why only books after 2010? I think most of my favorite series started before then.

OH YES!!! Definitely read Divergent it's my absolute favorite dystopian LOL! Read Divergent (Divergent, #1) by Veronica Roth Insurgent (Divergent, #2) by Veronica Roth Free Four Tobias Tells the Story (Divergent, #1.1) by Veronica Roth and LOVED them all. Can't wait for book 3 which thank goodness comes out in October YAY! Can you tell I'm a little bias :)

I also really enjoyed these if you want to check them out: Legend (Legend, #1) by Marie Lu Prodigy (Legend, #2) by Marie Lu Shatter Me (Shatter Me, #1) by Tahereh Mafi Destroy Me (Shatter Me #1.5) by Tahereh Mafi Unravel Me (Shatter Me, #2) by Tahereh Mafi Daughter of Smoke & Bone (Daughter of Smoke & Bone, #1) by Laini Taylor Days of Blood & Starlight (Daughter of Smoke and Bone, #2) by Laini Taylor Angelfall (Penryn & the End of Days, #1) by Susan Ee then I've also read these that are much lighter reads and liked them as well and lots of readers seem to have enjoyed them too: The Selection (The Selection, #1) by Kiera Cass Greta and the Goblin King (Mylena Chronicles, #1) by Chloe Jacobs Crewel (Crewel World, #1) by Gennifer Albin Matched (Matched, #1) by Ally Condie

Most recently I read Poison Princess (The Arcana Chronicles, #1) by Kresley Cole which I LOVED. It's a bit darker in feeling but amazing story and I liked that it's a mixture of YA, PNR, and post-apocolyptic all rolled into one and by my favorite PNR author Kresley Cole who can do no wrong in my book LMAO! Have read all of her books and enjoyed them all. She's also the author of My favorite PNR series of all time Immortals After Dark. Yes, as Christine pointed out, this series began prior to 2010 but new books are being released for this series and personally I hope it runs forever because it's that great.

Hope these help out too. I'll let you know if I come across anything I think you might enjoy. Oh Oh, I also Loved Of Poseidon (Of Poseidon, #1) by Anna Banks it was good, light, funny! And have Flukes by Nichole Chase in my list of soon to read and loads of readers are loving it as well as Forsaken (Daughters of the Sea, #1) by Kristen Day Awaken (Daughters of the Sea, #2) by Kristen Day Chosen (Daughters of the Sea #3) by Kristen Day Trilogy. Yeah, it's not action driven, this one's more about Perry.. I liked it, but because Perry's very close to me!
I think it's one of those series that grow on you and where the relationship builds as you go along

I second Angelfall (Penryn & the End of Days, #1) by Susan Ee , Divergent (Divergent, #1) by Veronica Roth , and Daughter of Smoke & Bone (Daughter of Smoke & Bone, #1) by Laini Taylor .

Staying in the YA genre I would also recommend Destiny Binds (Timber Wolves Trilogy, #1) by Tammy Blackwell , Graceling (Graceling Realm, #1) by Kristin Cashore , and Shadow and Bone (The Grisha, #1) by Leigh Bardugo .

Not being certain where your tolerance for sex and gore might be (love Kate Daniels, but even that first book has a monster who rapes women and animals and threatens to rape Kate repeatedly - that's pretty dark stuff), so I'll give my go-to recs:

For romance-lite I love Ilona Andrews (Kate Daniels series) and Patricia Briggs (Mercy Thompson and Alpha & Omega series). For heavier romance I go Nalini Singh (Psy-Changeling and Guild Hunter series), Larissa Ione (Demonica series), Shelly Laurenston (especially if I want something more on the funny side), and Thea Harrison (same). Kim Harrison's The Hollows series I feel falls somewhere between the two as far as romance levels go.

New series that I've really liked are Priceless A Sexy Urban Fantasy Mystery by Shannon Mayer , Touched by A.J. Aalto , Breathing Fire (Heretic Daughters #1) by Rebecca K. Lilley , and Legend (Wolf Lake, #1) by Jennifer Kohout

I KNOW!! it's freaking insane!!! Even the 5th Charlie Davidson is the same & another book I wanted to pre order. What pisses me off is that I have downloaded all the other book's of the same author's so you'd think they'd let you download the next in a series. This started with BDB, they wouldn't allow it & now Amazon keep "recommending" I download BDB. The same happened with The Guild Hunter but eventually that series became available
