It's boring?! Hmm I hope maybe I'll enjoy it. I definitely enjoy the man on the cover! Definitely give some of Showalter's other works a try. I loved the Atlantis series. Hope you enjoy the Guild Hunter books!

Magic Burns (Kate Daniels, #2) by Ilona Andrews is next and each successive book gets better than the last. imo. :)

Tracey (traceyfarley) | 16 comments Creed by Kristen Ashley. I have loved all of her other books, with the exception of Mathilda Super Witch, ugh. I am halfway through Creed and I am just a tad bit disappointed. The writing is rough and characters are not very well developed. Of course, after just finishing On Dublin Street, I think most books will disappoint in comparison.

I feel the Night Huntress books are unique. I would still suggest any of the following for their own uniqueness:

Nice Girls Don't Have Fangs
Touch the Dark
Magic Bites
Darkfever
Angels' Blood
Dark Lover
You Slay Me
Stray

These are all books I enjoyed. Maybe one of this will help get you thru your Night Huntress funk:) I think the Fever series or BDB series helped me:)

Just catching up here since the holiday.
I loved the Hollows, Blood Ties and Alex Craft. Dresden (as well as Hounded) to me are a little boring without a clear love interest. I need the romance, not necessarily lots of sex in the books.

Sarah Morgan | 6 comments I am currently in between 2 books. I have Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen, for when I am travelling to work and want a good book to occupy me, which I read on my iPod through the kindle app. Then there is Blood Fever by Karen Marie Moning. I absolutely love the whole paranormal action/romance type of stories and find I can easily get lost in their tales. Not quite the type of book I want to be reading on the way to work! Would probably forget to get off my bus or something! :)

OMG, finished The Renfield Syndrome (Rhiannon's Law, #2) by J.A. Saare ...couldn't believe when my son's alarm clocked rung at 5:15am this morning. Talking about savoring, longing, yearning, regretting, doubting, wanting more and of course, enjoying the afterglow of a great read!

I don't know if I have the patience to wait for the library for the next one, maybe after I catch up with all of these new releases on my desk...as if...I might cave and buy the book.
