Eventhough I did like that series more, I did get tired of Ana getting pissed at Christian all the time when she knew what he was like and his expectations. I guess with Bared to You, the plot just seemed to be lacking. I did not dislike the book I just got tired of the fighting. I do like your interpretation of the reasons. I may do a reread and try to look at it from a different way. I just had high expectations and the Fifty comparison all ready in my head.

I am reading Kim Harrison's A Perfect Blood (book # 10)atm, and awaiting the new Sookie Stackhouse book. It's either that one or Gena Showalters's The Darkest Seduction next. :)

, and it was definitely better than the last one, but that's not actually saying much. I enjoyed it though. I have a feeling the next one "dead ever after" will be the end of the series, but that's just from the title.Next up,

. What a great read, one of the best of Midnight Breed series. Our most tortured-honored-misunderstood warrior, Chase, seriously tortured from books #2-#9 finally got his due. WOW, 5+ stars, hands down.Wanting to read
BUT
is due back to the library sooner. Can't loose with either read, especially while enjoying the afterglow of Chase, I might switch genre to my highlander fix.

I loved that she took the story in a brand new direction. Unlike some series *cough* BDB *cough* where I'm finding the story's are dragging the more books we have, she's just made it fresh and exciting and I can't wait to see what happens now.

and I am seriously loving this book. I've only got about 40 pages to go, and it's been just as great as the first two for me. I love her intricate plots and the complex relationships she's created.

. I like it so far, but I hear it really picks up in the next book so I'm waiting it out. I recently tried reading
but put it down after a few pages. The names were similar to those from the Fever series (Seelie, Unseelie, etc) which got very frustrating.

It's not like they'll be around 24 hrs, they both have their jobs to do. I can be shared....

I didn't really like the Fifty Shades books either. If Sylvia Day had written Fifty Shades, they probably would have been better.
You're right about them not knowing how to have a relationship except through sex. I do feel sorry for them because a relationship shouldn't be solely based on sex.
