5 stars and not enough adjectives to describe just how fantastic I think this series is.
Jennifer Estep is one of THE best urban fantasy writers and I'm thrilled that she shares her gift and talent with readers everywhere. :)

pretty good ha Brandy? I enjoyed it and thought it was well written.

Yes, I thought it was well written too... When I find books like these, I feel really grateful that I am apart of these discussion groups!

The Fifty Shades series is amazing! I really loved it!!!

Loved it, anyone else read it? If so, can you suggests anything else similar for me to read

I just looked it up, looks good!! Thank you

Thanks! It is still free, so I grabbed it. And I wouldn't have wanted to read the next without it.

Delaney, can you tell me where you found it free? Thanks a million. :)

Also finished up

Now it's on to

I've read the fifty shades series (loved that too) I'll have a look at Beautiful Disaster. Thank you :)

Ah, lucky find then. I'll have to take a look in my used book store...I have a credit I need to get to using. Thanks for the recommendation though! :)

soo goood. its a historical romance with a murder mystery and some paranormal thrown into the mix. definitely a book i think everyone here will enjoy. the "villan" wasn't a huge surprise but it doesn't really take away from the overall enjoyment of the book. this book actually reminded me a bit of "beauty and the beast".

Touch Of Power by MARIA V SNIDER!!
I just found out yesterday that she published a new book in January. Her fabulous Poison Study Series enthralled so much that I forced myself of enduring "Inside out" (one of her series that I consider being a total flop) all the way to the end just because she had written it. Yesterday I was online and I saw that Touch Of Power was out so I did what I hate doing a bought on my ereader because I just couldn't wait!! I'm not that far in but it's looking really good.

All I can say is each of these books have been five stars for me. WOW...fantastic story!
Vampires, Romantic story line, realistic emotional relationships, fighting, power plays, battles, mysteries, Libraries, ancient knowledge, missing relatives, old dusty books, danger, tears, death, life...hope. I love it!
Book Four comes out in June of 2012. The Fall of Water!

Okay dunno, I'm reading that book right now and it's great. But I was disappointed by "The darkest Surrender" ^^

Uh, yeah, not going to happen :)"

I really want to read them. I know they will be great, but if I get sucked in, My husband, kids and boss might hate me. Maybe on my next vacation or when my kids visit their grandparents over the summer. Hmmm.

Up next, I'm finally going to finish The Hunger Games Trilogy with

Now on to

Any suggestions on whch one I should read first ....

I remember really liking Primal LAW. What did you think of it?I read it several months ago and have been waiting for the next book

Gotta go with Dmitri in Archangel's Blade. I love Dmitri...

Me, too! Zarek completely reminded me of Z!

I think it's the Z names. I was reminded of Zsadist as well. Also, Zane from the Scanguards series by Tina Folsom reminded me of them both too.

Yes! Zarek reminded me of Zsadist too! But I still think Zsadist is way more cool or maybe it's just my love for the BDB. ^^

How was Paris? I thought the Darkest Surrender was one of her best - I am hoping Seduction is going to rank up there!

There is another Zarek or Zane in a demon series too....can't think of the name right now.

Hell Yeah! I am excited! Now I just have to get through a few more books. sad day! But on the bright side....I just read and loved

I thought it would be more like Masters of the Shadowlands by Cherise Sinclair(I adore this series) but it has turned out more like Downside Ghosts by Stacia Kane. Gritty and deeply emotional. Love It!
