It's good. I would describe it as X-men with lots of sex thrown in.

It took a little bit to get into but I ended up really enjoying it. The women in her books have a hard time with commitment and that gets a little annoying, but I still recommend it.
Almost half way through
and am not sure how I feel about it. It might be a little to high school for me.
Just finished
and thought it was a good ending to an awesome series! I flew thru this one! Wish there would be more books about Jace! Just started
and it's already yummy!!

I read the first Baumgartner book. How is the rest of the series? I loved the ACRO series. Sydney Croft writes her books with a couple of stories going on at once. You will always read about a favorite character.
Just finished

I love it so far. It is intense!

...I thought this one was pretty good and I liked getting a glimpse into Roarke's past. It was fun watching Summerset and Roarke's secret slowly being revealed. Now I'm getting ready to start
I am trying to get back into Diana Rowland books. Right now I am reading Blood of the Demon, Urban Fantasy series. I don't know why I can't get into it.
Wrapped up Third Grave Dead Ahead by Darynda Jones. I can't say enough about the series and this latest installment is another jewel on the crown of this brilliant writer.Snarky, whip smart dialogue, great action and edge of my seat moments, kept me enthralled from beginning to end. Not to mention the ever smoldering Reyes Alexander Farrow and his darkly powerful connection to our fave Grim Reaper. Long live both of them!
Now on to Darker After Midnight by Lara Adrian.

I loved Charley #3! Darker After Midnight was great too. LA takes the series in a whole new direction.
Well after finishing
yesterday I know nothing else will compare so I started one I'm not too excited about.
I'm halfway through and I'm not sure if I'll like it or not. Something bid and exciting is going to have to happen to get my attention.
Crystal wrote: "I am halfway throughOutlanderand love it!"I love that series! I hope you continue it, the books are ridiculously long, but so good.
Finished

which is really good. I Love Eve & Roark.
I finished

now since the post office screwed up my delivery from amazon and I never got the new books that were supposed to get here today.

Unfortunately, I've watched the movie a couple of months ago. Not that it was bad, but now I constantly keep comparing what I've read so far with the movie. Takes out some of the fun. But still, I really like the way this is written. Nice change from all the other books I've been reading lately that were targeted to an older audience.

I mean, it is nice to see that they stayed so faithful to the book when they made the TV show, but that also takes away a lot of the suspense of the book.

Reading Bella Notte at the moment. Bella Notte Vampire, which isn't my typical choice. So far I'd give it 2.5 stars mostly because it feels like the first or second draft of a first novel.
Finally found sometime to sit down and finishing reading
It was great. It is a story about a girl who stops demons from killing people and sending them to hell. As the story goes she finds herself being one of the people targeted by demons, as she is important to the war between the demons and angels. Very good book, in my opinion. If you like these types of books you should give it a try. I wouldn't put it as a YA though because there is sex in it.Starting
while I wait for my kindle to recharge so I can start
and finally
I finished this morning Last Train from Liguria - Christine Dwyer Hickey and now I am reading Office Politics - Sharon Gerlach
I just finished
It was a little different then what I am use to but I guess it was okay. I am giving it 3 stars. It was a fast read, only took me about an hour / hour and a half and is free on amazon so not bad considering.
Just finished Eternal Captive by Laura Wright loved it
Hope she hurry's up and get's the others out for us to read.

Finished Outlander and now I'm starting on Dragonfly In Amber. I have definitely fallen in love with this series.
If you love Vampires in America, DB Reynolds has just released a book of stories about our favorite vamps on amazon. It seems really good. It is only .99 cents. Not bad. It includes all past couples.
Komal wrote: "Michelle(Chelle) aka Nightshade wrote: "I started reading

Michelle, I do hope that you are reading the entire series of "Immortals after Dark" because it is a really great one. I just finished the latest book of her from that series
and it was great.
@Teresa - I'm working my way through slowly. Before this Cadeon was my favorite but Rydstrom may have just taken his place....:D
Yeah, I felt torn between the two brothers. I like Rydstrom's sense of duty and honor. But Cadeon is fun and has this tortured air. So I think they are evenly wonderful, just in different ways.
Michelle(Chelle) aka Nightshade wrote: "@Teresa - I'm working my way through slowly. Before this Cadeon was my favorite but Rydstrom may have just taken his place....:D"Believe me they only get better and better through out the series.
Happy reading*
