Yes I normally do this with a book that is not holding my interest, but feel because I have bought it I should finish it.

How was Bound by Darkness? I was disappointed in Tane's book, so I've been hesitant about picking this one up to read.

I liked it, there was a lot of action in it. The two main chararacters weren't my favorite but the action and plot made up for it.

Hope you like it, PA.

I will.
Magda, I've heard that from a few people but everyone says they liked it and it's a unique story.

You'll see. :)

ISSUES...in shouty caps...they must be big issues. LOL. Now I can't wait.

Well I liked this books alot. There was lots of action, but I have enjoyed all of her books. I have been thinking when I have read all of the books that I have here and there is a lull in the books coming out I might have to re-read this series. Not sure I will buy the anthology

I loved

I just finished

I still need to get that one.

I really liked

It is definitely not just you. I decided it had to do with my frame of mind or the type of book I just finished. I usually read more than one at a time as well.

I agree, Beautiful Disaster is fantastic!

Loved it, but if you had issues with Beautiful Disaster, this will really push your buttons at times, LOL.

I'm about a quarter of the way into the book and I love it so far.

Last but not least, wishing you all a blessed Christmas and love, health, success and fulfillment to you and yours in 2012. Hugs to my GR friends, so glad we've met upon this common passion of ours. Looking forward next year for more great reads, discussions, rec's and chats.

Kiss of Crimson
is the worst in the series. They really pick up after that one. I love this series please don't give up on them!

You are in for a great ride, Mandy. Enjoy!

I think you know how I feel...go with Nalini Singh everytime! Plus, then you'll be one book closer to Judd.

I just adore him. I wish I could find some insanely wealthy dude with an awesome accent to buy be gigantic diamonds and profess his love for me over and over. *sigh*

thanks so much Jenne for ur emphatic response. hehe. no worries though. i'm gonna continue with the Midnight Breed series. i so loved bk1 that i'm going to read all of them. i'm halfway through Kiss of Crimson. the story has potential but not the pull from the first book. i really like Dante and Tess's character but the story isn't grabbing me. i do like how Lara Adrian writes though. she has the right amount of curse words and uses them at the right time and her erotic language is great. and she makes u laugh with the characters responses.
i agree with you on putting Night Huntress in the fav series category. with bk3 it's up there for me too =)
