Blue Moon was good. I liked the tension between Anita and Richard. I have yet to read The Succubus series, but I have the 1st novel and have heard really great things about the series.

I just finished ...I thought it was good but not great...I just think some of the other books in the series where better...although some were worse...

I know, right. I'm a BDB junkie!! The books just can't come fast enough for me. The instant gratificationist that I am. And Outlander, oh my this officially rates my number one favorite series. I don't usually have verbal responses when I'm reading (laugh outloud, gasps of fear, or cry) but I had them all with these books. Can I just say WOW!!!

I absolutely will. I'm still reading LU. I'm going to go ahead and knock out LOTU and Vampire Mine (love at Stake) they are all pretty quick reads and once I'm done I'm going to finish Outlander. So, the 7th book, have you heard that it has a mean cliffhanger? By 2012 I will have to read them all again to stay on track (oh darn). Any way give me a week and I'll be well on my way to Voyager and I will share the love!!!

Also listening to by Robert Crais it a mystery not a romance but it is fantastic. He is such an excellent auther-highly recommend if you like mystery/detective stories at all

I'd do the same, LU, LOTU ... Voyager last. I've heard from many people about the cliffhanger in the 7th book, and since the 8th book won't come out until 2012 or 2013, I'll wait. Plus, book 6th- is a good stopping point...for me. What an epic huh?

I'm currently reading The Name of the Wind (king Killer Chronicles # 1) by Patrick Rothfuss and honestly speaking am really struggling through it. I'm about 12% through the book and even managed to read a Sandra Hill book - Viking Unchained - coz i needed a break from the book. I started reading it because of the reviews but its not doing much for me so far. Any recommendations as i go on a second break from reading the Rothfuss book?

Finished Desire Unchained last night. What a story!! I still am kinda iffy on which of the brothers I like more...but I have a good idea on who's gonna win. Thinking I am going to take a Demonica break (I don't want to get bored of it and that tends to happen when I read a series back to back) and try something else. Maybe City of Ashes.

Thanks for pointing me to the Demonica Series.... I was having a "bleh" period, where I felt nothing was catching my attention, especially not my favorite genre PNR.

I've heard that BLay and Qhuinn are getting a novella before the next full feature book....after a novella featuring wrath/beth/mary/rhage....but I haven't seen anything official on it yet....

I just finished ...I had a hard time getting used to the way they talked in this one and some of the words they used but...I started kind of liking it towards the end.

I'm not sure what I'm starting next...thinking maybe about doing one of the free nookbooks I have that I've never read....

I just started and so far it's really good. It has a kind of film noir feel to it. I'm liking the different take on paranormal. It's like reading a paranormal Sin City.

I came across a vampire series at a used bookstore that I've found somewhat interesting by Sarah Reinke. I've never heard of her before, but the synopsis caught my eye so I took a chance on it. The first two books weren't bad. She has a tendency of having the characters reminiscing....a lot. More than half the books are filled with past thoughts and events, still not too bad. I'm on the third book in the Brethren series right now.

I'm just about to read This Side of the Grave by Jeaniene Frost. Can't wait to read it, it has become my favourite series ;D - But it's still a little sad to be done with it, although I found out there will be a sixth book, yay ;D

I know I love these books and I was going to go a head and read vampirebmine but Voyager is waiting for me and I won't be able to wait that long.

I just finished It was decent, not as good as her others, but still kinda funny. my husband and I also finished that was kinda fun, quite funny at times. I also just finished a bunch of short stories, I didn't really care for it. really short, short stories just leave too much to be desired I guess. I just started this morning, has 3 stories in it. I'm only about 30 pages in, but it's making me chuckle.

The Name of the Wind will get better. my husband, who is big into that kind of stuff (Robert Jordan, George RR Martin, Jim Butcher). he practically BEGGED me to read that book, he thought it was sooo good. I read it about a year ago. I wasn't as enamored as he was, but if you stick with it, it has some interesting things. of course, the main part that I liked was just the hint of the beginning of a romance. there's this one part where 2 young people share an apple, and he thought that was "almost like kissing", I thought that was cute. of course, now the 2nd book is out but there was so much going on in the 1st book that I can't remember anymore, so I'll have to re-read the 1st one before reading the 2nd one. not looking forward to reading those 2 HUGE books when I can read smut instead.
