I just finished the Halfway to the Grave series (loved them and cant wait for the next one next year) and am now reading Moon Called which is a little slow and I am 3/4 of the way through.

I love the Dorina series too. Actually I like it better so far than the Cassie Series. I just hope the Cassie series has some happiness to it ya know? I hate how some characters always get beat up on and mis-treated during the WHOLE series... (like the Sookie books)

At least with Mona Lisa, we have surviving as a Monere but with human compassion. I love Halcyon, wish they hook up more often.

I just started reading 'If You Deceive' #3 in Kresley Cole's 'MacCarrick Brothers' series.. I've read the entire IAD series by her, and absolutly loved it, so I thought I would read her other books, while waiting for the next IAD book.. Love Kresley Cole!

Lily, I'm actually reading the third book, City of Ghosts, now. It was released on Tuesday in the US and it's even better than Unholy Magic (hard to believe, I know)

By the end of Linger I loved Cole. I also was just totally blown away by Maggie's writing of this beautiful story. No words to say.....
I finished Desire Unchained last night and started the next one: Passion Unleashed. This is SUCH a good series. So glad I'm finally getting to it. There are so many others I still have to read, too! Can I become magically independently wealthy so I can just read books all day long instead of having to work? Lol...

I am currently reading Twice Bitten by Chloe Neil. It is the 3rd in the Chicagoland Vampires Series. Merit gets attacked on campus and is turned to a vampire without her consent, which really ticks her off. The man who changed her is an arrogant, holier-than-thou master vampire. And drop dead gorgeous. There is a very strong attraction between the two, but Merit is very stubborn and refuses to give in to those desires just so she can be another toy for him.
The second book introduces shifters a little bit, and they play a much more upfront role in the third, but Merit and Ethan are always the main characters. I absolutely LOVE that Chicago girl attitude that Merit exhibits. Her sense of humor is hilarious and has had me laughing out loud throughout the series. I highly recommend this series!!
