*adds Red Pyramid to list* How did I not hear about Red Pyramid until now??!! And is it just me, or is it coming out the same day as Lies?!

Hi! I'm new here. Anyways, thought I would share my picks for 2010:Mastiff- Tamora Pierce
Being Jamie Baker- Kelly Oram (this one comes out on Amazon this summer)
I really need to read the Hunger Games series. A guy in my English class did a presentation on it today, and they sound SO GOOD. I think I'll pick the first one up at the library tomorrow.

You may be right, but that's not the Star of David...?
lol at first I actually thought it was a pentogram :o
umm I think I spelled that word wrong, but you know what I mean!
It's the Angel Star... haha, sorry, lame joke! This is the Star of David: http://judeotalk.com/files/2009/03/st...
Lol, right! I'm in my room right now and I have an Israeli flag on one of my walls from when we went to Israel. So that star from that book didnt look quite right, haha

Enternal kiss of Darkness (Jeaniene Frost)
Clockwork Angel

CITY OF FALLEN ANGELS whooooooohoooooooooo
Wooot! My can't wait book of 2010 came out a few days ago and I'm 38th in line for it at the library! I should have it soon! EEEEP!Amelia, I bought Fool last night, now that its out in paperback XD! I'm going to re-read it after the other Christopher Moore books I'm reading
No not really. I was like 364 in line for The Last Olympian and it only took me 3 weeks to get it. so 38 isn't bad at all...also considering there are 30 copies of the book available as well, so I'm sure within the next two weeks, I'll have it.Though, that doesn't give me a lot of time to re-read the other two books with the same characters....its not really a series but its the third book with the same characters.
EDIT: Actually, I just checked and in one day I went from 38th to 35th! Woot!

I saw FOOL in paperback the other day, and I just rolled my eyes. I COULD HAVE SAVED SOME MONEY!! Lol I need to stop buying hardbacks - they're so dadgum expensive
Yeah they are! My friend Meg bought Fool when it came out last year so she let me borrow it to read it. But I waited the whole year for it to come out in paperback...cuz all my Christopher Moore books are in paperback. Haha... I need uniformity with my books, but I think I've said that in some thread before.I also got Fool 40% off thanks to a Borders coupon! But, whatever, I'm just excited to own it now! Haha!
I prefer Borders over Barnes & Noble simply because Borders happens to be the first bookstore I went to (in my hometown, those bookstores don't exist cuz it's a small town, so when I went to the big city for college, I was able to go to many awesome stores!) and I got their Border's Rewards Card or whatever it is its called.I really want to to work at Borders as a second job! But they're never hiring :-(

Amelia wrote: "I <3Borders :DDBarnes & Noble is kinda not my favorite right now"
I never seen a Barnes & Noble i dont even think we have them in Australia ....but i have a local Borders and its like REALLY big plus there is a coffee shop in it :)
Lisa! You're reading the House of Night Series! Do you know by chance how many books the Casts are planning to write for the series? I know 7 and 8 are coming out soon. I have 1-4, but I don't want to start reading them til almost all of them are out.If you don't know, no worries. I've been trying to find out :-)
