lets write a book/ charecter game#2

i thought of this while reading the posts if you've read the character game and the lets write a book as a group
i think the book can be as silly as you want or as serious and real as you want it can drift from fiction to non-fiction from fan-fic to harry potter from a scientist to a knight of king Arthur's court.
i think you get the idea so ill start, but only write one paragraph unless its a dialogue (paragraph 5-8 sentences.)

it was during night when i was running into the gate to the meeting.

as i got there i noticed that... oh no! pirates everywhere!!!!

(no offense drew, but you shouldn't be talking. lol.)

I backed away, slowly, untill I was out of the gate, then started running. If I was lucky, the pirates wouldn't have noticed me. I'll just have to take a back route to the palace confrence room. I hope the king won't be angry with me. I climbed over the palace wall and went through the kitchen door and into the halway, still running. This was a council of war, and every second counted.

Unluckily the pirates did notice me when i was running down the hallway i heard yelling. The guards were yelling to all the warriors that we were being attacked!

I pulled out my sward and rushed to the defence of the castle, joining a group of other warriors and climbing the stairs to the battlements. Others had alread arived, and were notching arrows or putting on gloves so they could handle the tubs of boiling oil to pour down at the pirates.
