Research shows that all my exercising of willpower (to not scarf down all the chocolate in my candy stash drawer, for example) is killing my work productivity.
My willpower comes and goes in waves. But like Jackie, if it's not in the house, I won't eat it. But when I do have willpower it's generally not much of a fight. I'm pretty calm with the decision. Um, I'm usually ok with when I don't have willpower either, though...
