ever wonder what the difference between based on and inspired by are, when it comes to a TV series? Let's just say that Bones is inspired by.
I'm just beginning The Red Pyramid. I really like Rick Riordan, and my hubby already read this book. He said it was actually pretty good! Has anyone else read it?

Haha! I definitely agree with you. I actually do enjoy the show Bones, but it really does bother me how socially stupid they made Temperance. I do find it amusing though that in the television show the main character of Brennan's books is Kathy Reichs.

Tomorrow I will start either Gathering Blue or Ghost Town.

The Wiccan Minister's Manual, A Guide for Priests and Priestesses - Kevin M. Gardner

Hey Adam!
Well I finished it and I have it 5 stars. I loved it. Admittedly the book could be shorter and it took me about 100pages to really get into it but ultimately I loved it. So give it one more try! If you can't get past it after another attempt then its a case of different strokes for different folks I guess. If you do, let me know how you get on.

Lol I have to agree. I really enjoy the TV show but I enjoy the books more. Discovered Reichs when her first or second book came out and fell in love. All of her books seem to be really well thought out and very entertaining.

I really want to start that series, but I have so many others going on right now.

I also just picked up The Book Thief and am reading The Historian and am about 200 pages into it and am really captivated by it so far!

I LOVED both of these reads! Hope you enjoy them :)

The second book in the series, Avempartha, was recommended by the author's wife, and is free on Kindle. Although she said it stood alone, I decided to read the first book first.

I'm currently reading The Drawing of the Three.
I finished The Red Pyramid and started reading The Lost Hero.
Red Pyramid was an easy read, but very cute. I enjoyed it.

Book 2 of a fantasy series, free for Kindle right now, really good!
