I have just finished reading book The Right Thing from Sally Bibb and I have to say it was one of the best books I have ever read. It's about very current topic ethics in business. Highly recommend.
I'm reading Emma for the first time ever. It's for my english class, but since I love Jane Austen, I'm loving it.
Déjà Dead - Kathy Reichsever wonder what the difference between based on and inspired by are, when it comes to a TV series? Let's just say that Bones is inspired by.
I'm just beginning The Red Pyramid. I really like Rick Riordan, and my hubby already read this book. He said it was actually pretty good! Has anyone else read it?

Haha! I definitely agree with you. I actually do enjoy the show Bones, but it really does bother me how socially stupid they made Temperance. I do find it amusing though that in the television show the main character of Brennan's books is Kathy Reichs.
I just finished Genellan: Planetfall this is a wonderful story. The aliens are alien not just humans with different skin. The struggle is realistic and the interactions are believable. Would you survive? Free download from Baen.com
Started Blood and Chocolate today. I don't quite like the writing style. The story is good though. I'm about half done. Tomorrow I will start either Gathering Blue or Ghost Town.
I am just reading Job Hunting 3.0 from Richard Maun. Great tips for anyone looking for a job or wanting to change career.
Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets - J.K. Rowlingand
The Wiccan Minister's Manual, A Guide for Priests and Priestesses - Kevin M. Gardner

Well I finished it and I have it 5 stars. I loved it. Admittedly the book could be shorter and it took me about 100pages to really get into it but ultimately I loved it. So give it one more try! If you can't get past it after another attempt then its a case of different strokes for different folks I guess. If you do, let me know how you get on.
Just started Grave Sight by Charlaine Harris. It's due back in 2 days so I really need to get it finished.

Lol I have to agree. I really enjoy the TV show but I enjoy the books more. Discovered Reichs when her first or second book came out and fell in love. All of her books seem to be really well thought out and very entertaining.
Currently re-reading Time Bomb by Jonathan Kellerman. Also planning to start Rebecca. One of my favorites that I read once a year at least :)
Reading Dark Slayer by Christine Feehan. I shouldn't have started it while I was so busy, but I needed a distraction at the time. Boy is it a distraction.
LaVerne wrote: "Reading Dark Slayer by Christine Feehan. I shouldn't have started it while I was so busy, but I needed a distraction at the time. Boy is it a distraction."I really want to start that series, but I have so many others going on right now.
Jackie-It's part of the Dark Carpathians but it's the Dragonseeker part. Let me just say the first paragraph completely hooked me. The last thing I needed to do was start reading this book. I have my own work I need to finish. LOL!
I'm currently reading
which I love love LOVE! Immortals after dark is definitely one of my top series choices. I'm also reading
which I have to say is slow going so far. I'm only in the beginning but I don't see this as a series I will be compelled to continue.
Started The Society of S yesterday. Got thru the Preface and put it down. Play of Passion is waiting at the library for me. I'll be getting it tomorrow and likely read that instead.
Just started Nightfallby L.J. Smith, which I'm not expecting to like...and I'm going to start Undead and Unemployed by MaryJanice Davidson
I am currently reading The Book Thief. I've heard so many good things about it that I figured that I should read it for myself.
Antoinette wrote: "I am currently reading The Book Thief. I've heard so many good things about it that I figured that I should read it for myself."I also just picked up The Book Thief and am reading The Historian and am about 200 pages into it and am really captivated by it so far!
Just finished Hunting Fear (Fear, #1). Took me about 7 hours of (almost) straight reading. I love this series. I have the last 4 in the series waiting. So Chill of Fear (Fear, #2) is next!
Kristina - How do you find free Sony Reader downloads? I have one but am not yet savvy in it! Thanks!
Lindsay- Do you have a Sony ereader? I have no idea if their ebooks work with other readers. But when you go to the website, you download their ereader app that is their ebook store. Go under bargain or specials and there is usually several free books. They change every month or so. If you still don't see it, let me know and I'll try to clarify more.

I LOVED both of these reads! Hope you enjoy them :)
The Crown Conspiracy - Michael J. SullivanThe second book in the series, Avempartha, was recommended by the author's wife, and is free on Kindle. Although she said it stood alone, I decided to read the first book first.
I just finished The Crown Conspiracy yesterday. I thought it was pretty good. I gave it 4 stars. I hope you enjoy it.I'm currently reading The Drawing of the Three.
I finished The Red Pyramid and started reading The Lost Hero.
Red Pyramid was an easy read, but very cute. I enjoyed it.

Halfway through Play of Passion by Nalini Singh. I will be starting Sleeping with Fear (Fear, #3) this weekend. I think it's going to be another Kay Hooper weekend.
Avempartha - Michael J. Sullivan \Book 2 of a fantasy series, free for Kindle right now, really good!
I just started reading Torment by Lauren Kate. I really enjoyed the first book in the series, Fallen... read it in 1 day! I just couldn't put it down!
