there was this series of books about a girl whose dad was a vet (i think) and she saved a bunch of animals. any ideas?

hmmm... i read them in elementary school so probably around the late 80's early 90's.
How about "Ferret in the Bedroom, Lizards in the Fridge"?
How about the Animal Inn series by Virginia Vail? The first one is called Pets Are for Keeps.
i think it was Animal Inn! virginia Vail seems really familiar to me... i can't find pictures of the covers, but that sounds right so i'm going to look them up... thanks!!
I remember this series, though I think I only read the first one. If I remember right the cover had the girl struggling with a bunch of animals on leashes.
It sounds a bit like the Animal Ark series by Lucy Daniels. The girl was called Mandy and both her parents were vets?
