I am so incredibly behind, lol. I've only read about 20, out of a goal of 75.

I don't think you're the only one who's behind. I have read 3 out of 42.
I'm shamed of myself. I've only read two books this year, and my goal is 70.
It takes a lot of effort to read! Sometimes it's just hard to find the time.
I'm way behind. I've only read 21 out of 100. *Sigh*

Don't feel bad, guys!Some people just read more then others. all you need to do is set a realistic goal for you.
46 out of 100. Currently trying to finish 3 books today.
I've read 44 books this so far, but I can probably finish The Lovely Bones today.
I've only read about 40 so far I think. *Sigh* I've got to get my act together.
Different numbers mean different things for different people.
I read 43... not as many as some of you, but still okay I think.

I've gotten behind again by several books....
But you can read slowly or quickly at any level. The summer is when I get all my reading in. I have so much more time to read when I don't have school.
I read really fast, but I've been an avid reader for pretty much all of my life so it comes naturally.
I've read 50 books so far in 2011.

I mean, it's just something that i do without really thinking about it.
I'm behind about 10 books. I didn't have like ANY time to read while I was at camp for the two weeks.

I'm behind by 11 books... Working on that though. Should be solved by the end of July or August.
Yeah, I'm behind by a lot- that'll be fixed by the end of July/ August.
Well when I've been ahead most of the year, it seems like it is. :)
Ohh okay. Yeah, that could definitely seem behind by a lot :) haha. I'm trying to get ahead and reach 100 by like November. Then I'll add a little more to my goal for the year.
Right now it's just 100. I'm thinking if I really kick it into gear, I can reach it before December.
Uh-oh. I've only read 6 books this summer. That's bad... And here I wanted to read 50.
cool! i read about 100 last year so this year when the challenge was added i put mine for 150
My challenge is for 100. It was 30 at first, but I surpassed that in like three months, so I changed it.
I think I surpassed 30 in like 1 month and a half
I do. :D It's what I do in my free time.
I do that and go on here, lol. :) I'm on here sooooo much. It's extremely addicting.
It takes so much of my time away. ^_^ But I like to think it's a good thing...
I've gotten to know so many people on here- I count you guys as my friends. ^_^
Me too, lol. :) A part of me feels like I know you better than some of my friends. That are my friends, but they don't really like.. talk, haha. Get it? It's confusing. >.<
wow thirty books in one and half months? i'd have to do nothing but read and sleep. and eat. lol :) i got to thirty in....may.my summer goal is/was 30. but i think im going to change it to 23.. only have 11 right now, and The Devil's Arithmetic will make 12.
I can read a book a day depending on how busy I am. It normally rounds to a new book every other day.
