I agree! Definitely the right choice.

I hate the stupid budget. The reason we couldn't go was that it was expensive. The reason it was expensive was that we did well and had a LOT of people who would've gone.
But yeah, I'm the one who introduced Anna to GR/this group. I have apologized numerous times.
Kate- you guys should really do some fundraisers or something. Those things are something you really shouldn't miss out on.
Rae*WrockerGirl*Ruhbacon* wrote: "*claps in a circle*...What? You said a 'round' of applause!"In ASL, the sign for "round of applause" is the sign for "applause" moved in a circle :)
Hahaha, that's brilliant. I didn't even know! There's a couple other funny ones- standing ovation: stand with your arms making an "O" around your head. I can't remember the others though.....
I like that one! The only other funny one I know is pasteurized milk. You make the sign for milk and move it past your eyes.
Well I feel appreciated.Rae-I know we should. But it didn't happen. And our principal doesn't like us going. My sister has come to believe that they favor mediocrity.
I'm pretty sure they do. Just about any other school would be pleased to send their teams if they had the ability and the funds (or at least the way to raise the funds). It's crazy that he doesn't like you to go.
So far I've read around 80 books, those are the ones I remember to put on Goodreads...but there is prob more
I've barely put any up on Goodreads, and I don't remember to keep track on my own. Next year I'll try to be better about adding books.
I'm behund by about 10 books (again) on my 150 goal for the year, but I've hit around the 130 book mark. (I'm too lazy to check)
I read about 18 books in 2009 and 35 books in 2010. It becomes greater every year because of the titles that come out and the technology that keeps getting better.
I only just signed up to good reads, and I havent finished updating my list yet, but by my bedside list 2009- 42, 2010-35, 2011- 28
I don't know how many books I read in 2010, but in 2011 I've read only 19 so far. I know pretty sad.
I completed my goal of 30, but I set my goal in October, and so I adjusted it to fit. Next year, my goal will be drastically larger, and I will actually set one this time.
I've really gotta sit down and read if I'm going to get my goal completed-- I'm several books behind, but I'm not all that worried about it--I set a high goal.
My goodreads calculator says 109 books this year, but that's excluding some books and many manga volumes that aren't on the goodreads database....About 2010... I didn't really count them so I don't know precisely
Haven't posted in this since June.Last year, I read 74 books. This year, I've surpassed! Right now, I've got 79 books, but I'm hoping to finish two more! :D
I've started reading books everyday, just the mid of this year. I probably read 70+ books this year. lol, I'm not sure.

You could add some of the books- it's easy to do, you just need the book in front of you so you have all the information.
Heather wrote: "Nevermind, I just clicked the update my entry, thinking it would show me something useful, and I clicked cancel, and it put me as 27 books read."Yep, I made that mistake and managed to figure it out a week before the year ended.
So, I have only read six books but I am thinking about adding my textbook considering I will literally read the entire thing and it takes my free reading time up.
